They will call your bluff. I walked a friend over his first time. We told them all the usual rules says under 7 days we are only there 1 night and don't have to pay the FMM fee. He had one of his security escort us back to the US side. There was a line going back to the US and the US border agents let us through with the Mexican security agent holding up the line so we can pass back. Have a sentri card so I went back through and paid. This was on a Friday night. I usually drive through but my friend drove and parked his car US side this time, never again.

Who is going to hold a dirty custom agent accountable? They're not scared to break the rules to fill their pockets.

This report covers what has happened from yesterday to today and will have a part 2 as I leave to fly home on Saturday.

When my friend and I crossed the border from San Ysidro to Mexico there was no wait. We took a Lyft to the Burger King and then walked to the crossing from there.

The Mexican border patrol agent did ask us to pay $35 for the FMM but did not give us a hard time at all.

Once crossing we walked to where the taxis were and did not see the HK limo so we took a regular cab for $6.

Upon arrival we checked into Hotel Cascadas and each got a single room. We were provided with a receipt which can be used to get a refund on the deposit at checkout. They did scan our US Passports. Bring condoms. If you do not it's $4 - $5 per bag from the front desk consisting of one lube, one condom, and 2 mentos.

The rooms are much nicer than before and have everything you need. Hot water is not always available.

I would say the club has changed in terms of where the girls are from and how many there are. The quality is not as good as I would have expected but its not bad.

In the club it seems that the girls that are worth while are by the stairs. Sometimes you might be lucky with one on stage but not always.

I took one from the stage who was Russian and also from Dubai but only drank one drink and left.

The other 10 girls have been amazing. Yes I said 10. All were super horny and into it.

I did find 6 AM to be a good source of time to spend inside as that was the best sex I have had. That girls name was Daphnie.

Interesting, never met a Russian in HK. Also why come from Dubai since they can make $200-$300 for hhr? My girl worked 2 weekends ago and said when she was leaving 5-6 am the club still had tons of guys still entering and was packed, but she said it wasn't the type of clientele she likes to spend time with since they were all intoxicated. The bad thing is that the chica network is highly unreliable and the gossip is filled with half truths. If that many girls died I would tend to chalk it up as deaths due to drug use not murders. Like BT stated in an earlier post. It would be hard to keep the media away from that many murders happening.

The club does do a poor job or no job basically of keeping drugs out so you have many guys that tempt the girls with drugs and want to go party in the room and with the bad drugs around now it would be easy to OD. I've seen some waiters discourage girls from taking drugs from people in the club and try to educate them on not trusting people but in the room not much can be done.

KB the girl you see from what I remember tends to like getting high so that is the biggest thing I'd worry about and should discourage her from taking stuff from strangers.

Yeah, some of the girls in group chat even questioned if the numbers were real until their friends started a collection for their families. Some have Instagram posts of the girls that passed and some are in denial. HK pays the police to keep quiet and the reason Adelitas incident was public was due to people seeing the murder take place. The police took one body out of 404 after 15 hours. Just keep the door closed until the club is less busy and then transport bodies to different location so club doesn't get blowback. Behind closed doors, anything can happen unless some speaks up. Also the girl I'm seeing says cocaine use is prevalent among the chicas so it could be combination of OD, rough sex, etc. I highly doubt some mongers would be dumb enough to be caught knocking off people with CCTV images of them floating around.

I highly doubt the club would make it uncomfortable for their customers as they would be biting the hand that feeds them. The girl I'm seeing says the manager at HK also manages many of the clubs in the Zona. Maybe I'll get a name for you guys so you can bring him your complaints. She says she wants to quit, but I've heard that before so who knows. I told her the decision is up to her and not what I want since I understand I don't "help" with enough and she has family obligations that aren't my responsibility.

A couple comments on having a good time is to make sure you're not aggressive or too wasted to function as the group chat also details clients to avoid. Before CoVid, agents sometimes would ask pedestrians how long they waited, allegedly to find ways to speed up the lines, but estimate wait time in CBP's site is not updated frequently enough, is unreliable and a joke. Same for the car lanes.

Drove back 1 AM late Wednesday night, early Thursday morning. All SENTRI lanes were reduced down to 1 lane with half a dozen CBP agents standing in front of multiple layers of concrete barriers, with automatic weapons, drugs-sniffing dogs, spike sticks. The scene was very highly unusual for SENTRI lanes and was obvious that agents were waiting for some bad dudes.

Soon enough agents pulled over 2 consecutive cars in front of mine, had them park within the US territory, had a dog sniff all around and started their searches. They did not stop my car or other; looked like they found their targets. If there were any shooting, the whole area was packed with cars in line before the booths, but no pedestrians at that hour. It could be very bloody. I am guessing CBP is doing arrest out in the open, not in secondary inspection building, as desperate rogue smugglers could ram their cars through various lanes, even with blocking steel poles.

The CBP agent at the only SENTRI lane asked me if I had anything to declare and waved me through quickly.

I have seen a woman in her SUV in secondary inspection with her old mother and a bunch of children, babies. Apparently CBP found contrabands. The whole group was arrested and taken into the building. She and her old mother would be implicated if they found any controlled substance and face about 10 years in Club Fed. She would lose custody of her children after the sentence. It's sad how these people are stupid enough to risk 10 years in prison just to make a little money.

I thought the border was "open" and therefore you no longer need to pay FMM fee for stays under 72 hours.

I cross 4 days a week in the Mexican line. I have not been stopped in the last 30 walks across. So I am assuming, they know, even if my 6 month pass expired, I could simply walk in for free on gringo line. In fact my pass expires in 2 weeks so if I am still in San Diego I have no intentions of buying a 6 month pass again.

Almost all the waiting is done in Mexico before you see any CBP staff.

I doubt they ask people.

My assumption has always been that they estimate it on the length of the line (which by proxy gives you a rough estimate of the number of people in line) combined with the number of lanes open. Those two factors combined with the pre-existing knowledge of the average amount of time it takes to process a single person through customs allows you to very roughly estimate the wait times. Asa pure guess I've always thought that's how they do it but I could be way off on that LOL. But my experience is that MOST of the time the estimated wait times are actually fairly reasonable. They can be way off sometimes but I've found (in my experience, can't speak for anyone else) the estimated wait times to be within a reasonable range the majority of the time.

So my girl is in a group chat with 200 other chicas that are considering protests for their safety. Not sure if things have changed in the club, but she is slowly realizing that the money may not be worth her safety. The troubling thing for her is the club resumed operations and didn't skip a beat. Border agent took us to the office and told us we need the FMM card for entry and it's $35. I told him I read that it's not needed if it's less than a 7 day visit, but he said during Covid the rules don't apply. Don't expect any. People overdosing isn't very news worthy. Business people and politicians don't want even overdosing girls making the news. Its a bad look. For instance, the Adelitas situation last year was caught on camera up close. Unable to be kept on the low. But that's the exception. Unfortunately these girls work a dangerous job.
