Passport is good enough but sentri / global entry card can avoid line on way back to USA.

Cacadas hotel is awesome and is as pictured (it is right above the club) - 5 feet walk from HK club to Cascadas. No risk there.

Food: Azul restaurant can bring food to your room or club table or you can eat at the restaurant. All in same building.

When you check in get a wrist band. That means no fee to get into club.

Yes, you can cross with your expired SENTRI. This happens from time to time. They get backed up so they extend the "grace period. " The last time I came up for renewal it took them six months, IIRC, to process the renewal. Don't worry. They can't not let you back into the US.

The biggest issue is not STD's--that's easily curable with a round of Penicillan. The biggest issue getting them knocked up. I usually do ask if they're on the pill.
