What is the 'upstairs' floor at HK, and how does that separate you and your girl, from the 'help' downstairs?

Most waiters stay on the 1st and maybe 2nd floor where it is crowded. They are often too lazy to walk another flight up the stairs to harass you. It is the same concept as sitting way in the back of Chublelas. It is really out of their way so you are less likely to be bothered and rushed to buy more ficha drinks.

I've also seen people wake up after 2 days in a jail cell on Soi9 in Pattaya $8 K US poorer and basically destitute for a few days, with a new outlook on not being the king asshole at home anymore, and learn to look up to their guest nation of choice, and not down.

Go upstairs and buy drinks directly from the bartenders. You can sit and talk at the bar. Build a relationship with the bartenders and a lot of your problems will go away.

Great point, there is balance. I see guys throwing money around like candy at HK, I just laugh. Many time those same guys do not even take girls upstairs, I am the complete opposite. Get the girls out of HK onto your turf. (Azul or Your room).

I'm always trying to find how much fun I can have at the lowest minimum, $100 dollar budget is too low for HK. It is doable budget for the zona. One time I think I took up a adelitas girls (70 ish including room) and then a street girl later for around $25 including room and just had one beer that night. But, that was just me experimenting.

I typically will bring around 200 dollars every trip and sometimes a little extra. Meseros are annoying, but they leave you alone if you have a drink in hand for the most part. Also, from my experience the really pushy ones I will just tell them I have been in the club all day and buying drinks, and does he want me to throw up? Then, they leave me alone. I know its kind of annoying because american strip clubs will just let you sit and not order a drink if you want. But, personally I usually follow the expectation that if you enter a establishment you should buy a drink or something. Plus, HK cover includes a drink so if you don't want to buy another drink just make the included drink last. If you think HK drink prices are too expensive, which I agree, just pre game at adelitas, which I do before heading to HK. I check out the talent at adelitas, take a mental note of the talent, and then head off to HK after half an HR.

You have not gone in a while it sounds like. Adelitas beer is 25 cents cheaper than HK. I don't complain about hk beer price because I get free beers with VIP card and coupons. My issue is waiters and worse, food snack vendor interrupting you every minute with a girl. I used to go to HK with 35 bucks and leave happy. But I had a GF and didn't need sex. So I would find one of the reliable girls in Adelitas or another hole in wall that would be all over me for 2 drinks over 25 minutes, and 2 dollar beers. 2 free hk beers 5 bucks for the whip cream stage, 3 bucks for taco and soda, and leave happy after 3 hours. Now? I bring 300 and credit card in case I find one that wants to see me after work to hang out all night for free or close to free. That hasn't happened though in few years and no bar girl has done her sales pitch correctly largely because so few offer GFE and I can't go up to every girl asking her to describe her sex, maybe ill ask 5 or 6 a night.

Today, best case scenario, you are paying $80 for 20 minutes. $20 for a room. $15 for a drink for you and a chica. Singles to walk around for samples and $5 for a taxi back. I read about people going with $100. Well, like it or not, that's not the going rate. So if you are going there with $70, I suggest saving and going half as often. I mean, if you are just going to hang out and have a few drinks, ok. But if you are looking for Miss Perfect on that budget, well, the odds are infinitely against you.

As for the meseros, there is a fine line. I've said it before and I live by it. It's better to make friends than enemies. Lately, I've been in HK maybe twice a month. I would agree the number of asshole meseros has increased. Avoid Ricardo. Avoid Humberto. But over the years, treating some of these meseros well has paid off more than I could expect. On some levels, it's a crapshoot. But over time, I've learned who will not look to screw you. Guys like Fernando, Pedro, Valentino (to a lesser extent). I walk in the door and there is mutual respect. Certainly not every night, but sometimes I will give one of them a nice tip at the start of the night. I typically stay many hours. I'm not even sure how they do it but NO other meseros will bother me. If I had to deal with meseros every 4 minutes, I'd leave. On the rare occasion where I have had trouble with a chica, a mesero, or even another guest, the known meseros have always come through. My point is I would not try to give these guys a 50 cent tip and they would never try to rob me of a quarter. If you come across a bad mesero, handle it forcefully. But there are a few decent dudes there. When you find them, treat them well.

Meseros are like parasites, hard to get rid of. I have no problem paying for the girls and they deserve it. What is exactly a mesero good for? Harassing you, breathing in your neck, following you like a poodle, cluttering the lobbies. They are like relentless peddlers. They should go get a real job. In Curacao, there is a place called "Campo Allegre"; its a military camp turned into a brothel; Once you have passed the entrance, no meseros. Only waitresses at the bar. This is heaven.

Chicago's has female meseras, some of them are pretty hot. I banged a mesera from Chicago's a few months ago. She was pure GFE DFK the whole nine. A 21 year old chica I got the vibe she was ready to get married. I also got the vibe I was her first ever p4 p customer. I had bought her a couple fichas and when I told her let's go upstairs to fuck she got this panicky deer in the headlights look on her face like she didn't what to say or what to do. Then when we were in the room she was nervous not really knowing what to do or how to proceed. Drove down with a new wingman to La Zona in the morning due to California's 10 PM to 5 AM curfew. Traffics was very light on Freeways, made it across the border in about 1 hour.

Arrived in HK about 1 PM. It had 20 girls, 10 guys and may be 30 meseros. The club was empty all night, most likely due to California's curfew. A few hot girls showed up to work early but the top tiered hotties were absent. 2 hot spinners were stripping, Baby whom I have met before, and Delmy of Tijuana, a nice tight very cute spinner with bright yellow eye shade, was brand new in the club. Got her tel for take out later. The girls all seemed desperate for business.

Took the new bros to show him the other bars. Las Chavelas had about 10 girls, all sitting around moping like sick people, doing nothing. Unless they stand up or walk around nobody can figure out what kinds of body shapes they have. Adelita, Chicago, Tropical all have about 6 girls each, all older and heavier. Could not find a single attractive girl in all 3 bars.

Came back, sat and drink with a Colombian bro in a booth across from Pista Norte. The guy is a hard partyer, walking, dancing around the club with a wide grin like he's crazy, but it was fun to drink with him. He was in my new wingman's face, promised to find him the hottest and sexiest girls hehe. Soon a couple guys from IE in the next booth invited us over. The guy was dead drunk, slurring his speech, telling me how great the IE actually is. He was pouring frozen Don Julio down my throat while dancing to the stripper's music hehe. They all focused on the new wingman trying to make him have fun and find him the best and hottest chicas in the club. I know they were just having fun, but the new wingman was kind of scared of these hard partying guys.

The bros should make friends and share some fun with guys in the club. Over the years I had some really good fun with guys in the club, Mexicanos and Gringos. Imagine 2 silly drunks with slurring speech sitting at the bar, drinking, rating and making fun at bar girls. Lucky we did not get slapped hehe. A truck driver from Oakland could only make it to La Zona once or twice a year so he was partying hard, standing up, drinking, dancing in the middle of the club, said he had to sit in the truck all his life so he relish the chance to stand up, poor guy. He insisted I try frozen Don Julio 70, pouring me shots after shots. It was a smooth with good fragrance, a good liquor to drink with friends. He was generous, offered to pay for a HK girl and room for me, but I declined to take advantage of his generosity.

Was waiting for more talents to show but by 7 PM there were even fewer girls in the club, must have gone to the hotel with guys. HK was quiet and relaxed with a somber mood. The girls looked desperate for business. We left after 7 to avoid the curfew on the road.

I read about same 2 or 3 guys having trouble at HK, all the time. I have talked about this several times on how to avoid waiters, When you read there post there is also have something in common, they go to HK with no money then complain. I think some them AR just cheap, and probably have way more money then me, but I guarantee I am having way more fun. I would never make fun of someone job, or status, but you know when you go to HK you need $200-300, if you go with less then $100 and you are on the first floor chances you will have a bad experience. I completely ignore the waiters, but I go upstairs or go to Azul, I have only had a problem one time with a waiter and the that waiter was yelled at by the management. HK is a business and the waiters are there to make money. It would be like me going into the nicest Steakhouse in Dallas and Austin, taking one of the best tables and not spending any money. Trust me that would not fly very long..

Yeah, when I went to Tijuana I wasn't particularly bothered by the meseros in any bar. I would walk in and order a beer and leave a tip and drink at my own pace. If I was sitting with a girl, I would buy her a drink (they always wanted one), and again we would drink at a leisurely pace. If I was ever with a "chugger" or "gulper", I was prepared to drop her in a heartbeat, but that never happened in Tijuana. The meseros would come back at reasonable times to ask if we wanted another round. So, I just can't relate to guys who come here complaining about the meseros. Now the one who did annoy me was the doorman at Hong Kong standing there with his hand out for a tip when I left with a girl. All he did was put a robe on the girl. And for that I'm supposed to give him a tip? Very annoying!
