I recall being able to go to second floor of HK and then was able to enter hotel through side entrance without ever going outside. I think I was on third floor near front entrance, but been so long ago.

Thanks KB. I would be surprised if HK didn't have a entrance as well put I don't like to speculate and I've only seen and used what I posted.

With VIP card you pay 20% less (70% Mon. Tues.) - so better to get a room. And you can relax in room after session, etc.

Does the HK VIP card work for rooms at Rizo. Tropical? Would you get a discount there or do they have their own VIP card?

Well not sure if someone working in HK told you this is what it's going to be used for or are you assuming. From the many years of being on different Tijuana boards I've always heard the reason you have to go outside is that is the law. Not sure if it's just a Tijuana law or be. See. It seems to make sense and I know AB and HK well at least the Chavelas part have stairs going to the hotel so there is actually no reason to go outside except to obey the law.

I would imagine that new elevator will be used more for the staff especially waiters that bring drinks to the hotel rooms. We shall see.

Here now at HK can have been here for a couple days. Some observations:

-First time being in Tijuana for Independence Day weekend. Didn't know how crazy it gets for Independence Day. Was heading back to my hotel.

(via taxi ruta) from the Agua Caliente area last night and everyone had Mexican flags on their cars, honking their horns, driving crazy. Basically a long parade of cars and taxi de rutas all headed to Zona Centro. Some even had beers in their hand, raising their beers to other drivers while driving LOL. I guess the policia don't care on this holiday? Traffic overall was insane. Got out of the taxi de ruta I was in and decided to walk the remaining mile or so back to Hong Kong (due to backed up traffic) but Revolucion was blocked off for a free concert where there was a MASSIVE line (literally 7-8 blocks, maybe even way longer than that) of people waiting to fille into Revolucion. It was almost like every single person in Tijuana was in Zona Centro last night LOL. But it was cool, had to walk back to Zona Norte via Constitucion since Revolucion was blocked off.

-There is loud construction in Cascadas right now, I'm guessing related to the new elevator I've seen discussed on these boards. I'm on the 6th floor and the construction work has been ongoing (and very loud) all day. 90% of people would've probably asked for a room change due to the noise but I sleep through everything so I'm not worried about it. They don't work at night anyway.

-Saw Luke Powell in a booth at the Chicago Club Friday night. I think he's here for the whole weekend.

That is what I have read ma why times. That brothels are illegal in Mexico. Paying for sex is not illegal though nor charging for sex if the woman charges. So what you have is bars where woman hang out, like Hong Kong. And hotels they use. But there's no brothel. Its all separate. There's nobody telling the woman what to do or anything like that. Can't imagine what that hotel would be like if they were allowed to be involved in prostitution.

They are building an elevator connecting the Hong Kong club with the Cascadas hotel and to enter the hotel you will not have to go outside to the street with the chica, you will just take the elevator straight from the Hong Kong club to the floors of the Cascadas hotel.

Room rates went up and $40 is the lowest option now, so not surprised they charged you $80. When they first increased it supposedly you got 40 minutes, but I've heard people say they got the knock at 30 minutes anyways.

VIP card discount is for 70% off Mon and Tues nights, or 20% off other nights.

Yeah, I get what you're saying and if it works for you that's awesome. I'm just wired a little differently. Once I've fucked a chica, my excitement level decreases each subsequent fuck. After about 4-5 fucks (even if she's a good lay), I'm pretty much ready to move on except for the rare exception.

I was there Sept 13-15.

Once again the only gal in my room was Karumi.

That would be amazing. Honestly the main irritating thing about going arriba is having to go outside with crowds of people looking at you as you walk out the club with a chica and back up the stairs to the hotel. Ionno about the rest of you but I prefer privacy and not everyone knowing who and when I'm going arriba.

It's funny how sometimes you can't get one girl and the next day you have to many. You might have been better off telling the girl you were drinking with that your meeting another girl you planned to see for dinner, especially with her bringing up the whole wanting you to be a BF. Even after you told her you wanted it just to be a business relationship and she didn't get the hint. I understand you not wanting to seem like a jerk.

I do laugh at girls sending the pics via WhatsApp that you can only view once, I get them not wanting it to end up on the internet but if it's a girl you've know for awhile and you haven't done anything to break their trust what's the point.

As another observation I'd like to show as evidence, Nothing24 reports to all the negative reports on HK not being what it used to be, Nothing24 consistently has good reports in HK and with the girls. Now since I don't know him I could speculate on some things that give him an advantage to the rest of you. He speaks Spanish, I'd imagine he's younger than most that post on this board, I'd also imagine he is a decent looking guy. The final point is that they see him at least once a week in the club and they know he is there to spend money, not that he goes overboard but they know he is will to buy a few drinks and go to the room. These girls have very good memories and even girls that he doesn't talk to I'd guess they still know him just by consistently being in the club.

Bingo! Consistency is key. Show face, spend money. Once a week is all it takes.

Police being able to watch us in hk, its not really good thing. Sure most of us it don't matter. But people with $ always have opponents trying to topple them. Its 1 thibg to have workers or customers gathering intel on your whereabouts. Its another thing to have police sitting there in their office watching you, your stacks of 30,000 in singles,. People don't know how rough Tijuana is. The minimum amount needed to get yourself killed is 5 dollars. So someone will kill you for 5 dollars or more. I got surrounded in street in front of street girls by 6 people some were woman, all in nice clothes. All under 30 yo. And they all attacked me at once for 5 dollars each as I had 30 bucks on me. They choked me out and then dropped me head 1st on cement or kicked me in head after lowering crushing my skull in. I probably could have died very easily. So yeah I would not be dropping 20 k in singles in camera either inside hk.
