Yes, they accept both dollars and pesos at Cascades & Rizo de Oro (above Bar Tropical) for rooms.

I have paid for rooms with pesos at both hotels over the years.

I always make the deposits for safe keys & television remotes & air conditioning remotes using pesos as well.
