Posts: 63Yes can walk across Tijuana border
I just walked across the border from US into Tijuana on June 11. I had a Google doc with notes on some business to attend to in Mexico, but they didn't really look at it. Just took my temp, and walked through. BTW, if you fly into Mexico, there aren't restrictions on tourist visa. But officially no tourist crossings over land border. Given that the business visa is the same as the tourist visa, and there doesn't seem to be any document to declare it on, it seems like they're just letting folks through.

SCBB1.
As far as I could see girls were sitting and drinking with guys on the main floor. Girls were sitting on my wingman's lap doing their sales pitch. They could be far more intimate in the secluded areas on 2nd and third floor. I was wandering in the club checking out girls. Did not see any restriction.
There were only 10 guys and about 30 girls before 8 PM. Did not see any capacity control. There may be limits as the crowd packed in later.

Google runs on PC class machines in rack mount frames. Admittedly, they have a million of them. There are databases that can spread across multiple drives and multiple machines to increase database size. You don't think the federal government could have a rack of 100 machines if necessary?

Posts: 6535HK opened as restaurant Friday night
Came down around 5:30 PM. Door guys scanned my face temp, told me I had to sit at table, order food and not allowed to wander, like a real restaurant hehe. I bought a beer, wandered the club, BS with girls and nobody hassled me.
There were about 30 girls in the house, only 1 or 2 I had seen, the rest were all new, unknown, a few were nice, clean, petite, with beautiful, tats-free bodies, just my type of girls. They were all standing near the stairs or sitting on stools at the bar 6 feet apart. The crowd in the club was thin, about 10-15 guys sitting at tables with their unopened food box. It was obvious they wanted to eat some pussies, not food hehe. There were little actions in the club. Guys were just sitting quietly, not flirting or tipping strippers and girls. The girls and workers look hungry and sad. Some complained bitterly of not working for 3 months and were angry at the spread of the virus.
A bro had come down from the MidWest on Monday, staying all week in Cascada chasing street girls and escorts, texting me progress. He quickly found me sitting in the middle of the club and grabbed me. We exchanged news then he had to go back to his battle station for the serious business of landing a hot HK girl hehe.
With a thin crowd, the club was very nice, clean, relaxed and guys got lots of attention by girls all night like in a high-class club. I wish it will remain this way but It probably will be a zoo again in a couple weeks. If I don't catch anything, I will come back next weekend.

We are talking about over 100 million individual tax returns and tens of millions of federal business tax returns (corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profits) filed each year.
Treasury computers maintain this data for many multiple years.
Certainly they can store & maintain records for the number of alcohol liters & cigarette cartons any John Q. Public wants to carry across the border.
Uncle Sam does not rely on a sea of PC's, but instead mainframes housed in Virginia and other states.

San Ysidro is 1 port. There are about 100 land and sea ports and 300 international airports.
It takes more than 1 K to store an entry. The federal government can't keep all that data on PCs.
