I can easily use my credit cards anywhere in Tijuana and all over Mexico, but Hong Kong and Cascada are lame to have to make copy of IDs for the charges. To buy VIP cards, the front desk also asks for real IDs, WTF? I really don't want copies of my IDs floating in a country ridden with murders and kidnapping. Same for valet parking. They have to run into the front desk to make a copy of the VIP card every time. Apparently there are abuses of the system so the boss issued strict orders for these copies, the workers have no flexibility and dare not break his rules. Front desk guys keep getting fired for rule infractions. The boss needs to cultivate loyalty with his long-term workers.

I am a light smoker but agree cigar smoke is very strong and obnoxious. Cigars should be banned or restricted in areas with high ventilation. Out of courtesy to my non-smoking wingmen, I don't smoke when they are around. The immediate solution is to sit in areas with high ventilation, ground and second floor near the front door, or third floor near the girls' locker room. There is a very strong airshaft blowing cold air down from the A / see on the roof.

There are inconsiderate guys and girls horsing, making noise in Cascada's corridor. Avoid the girls' dormitory on 4th floor where they click and clack on their heels all night. Ask for rooms on 6th floor or above where there is less traffic.

AFAIK Aberto Quinto had a job as HK's VIPs' concierge. I can't post his tel # or email here. Call HK's number and ask to contact him to arrange for pick up in San Diego. A few months ago a bro reported HK's drivers hanging out in Cheetah's and other SD strip clubs, offering free rides and free hotel rooms to poach clients. You should be able to arrange the whole package of transport, rooms, girls, table services, food etc via Alberto Quinto or the front desk guys, Felix, Angel, Oscar etc. As they would get commissions out of it.

It's a good idea for HK to institute its high rollers' service. HK should advertise the packages, services and prices on its web site.

For my taste, HK should play less US' ghetto music and more Latin music, add in Mexico's traditional can can dances and other unique Mexico's flavors to entertain international clients.

I can honestly say I hate HK now. I have officially quit going there. I am sick of all their BS. I only use escorts now that come to my room for a hour for 1400 to 1600 pesos instead of 160.00 dollars for the equivalent hour at HK. Also, my hotel is a clean environment. To follow up on the tips for HK management.

- I hate the credit card policy. You make your customers leave their table, go to the front counter, deal with the VIP manager who is always slow and a bit grumpy and then he makes you sign the receipt until it's a perfect match to your ID. It's crazy. Adelitas lets me order buckets or bottles and brings out the little portable machine like every other bar in Mexico. Make it easier!! Or sell me drink tokens and / or dancer dollars upon entrance like many of the American clubs do. I asked Mr. VIP about this and he said I could preorder drinks but needed to find a waiter and a seat first. I like to move around and have no idea how many fichas I want. Let me purchase 10 and use them whenever I want.

- I really wish something could be done about the smoke smell. It sucks to be in there and come out smelling like an ashtray. I believe that limiting cigars would solve a part of the problem. I'm not a smoker so I understand maybe others go there because they can smoke? Hasn't this novelty expired now that it's 2020?

- The hotel is actually better than I expected but they could use some more security. The lobby and entrances are safe but would be helpful if they had some kind of roamer to keep noise down in the hallways after. 4 am? 5 am? I'm not an old crab but there's no reason for Bros to be partying in the elevator lobbies all night.

I have been using the Aqua Rio. The people are nice and I never have a problem importing girls but it kind of sucks and the breakfast is a joke. I think I am going to upgrade next trip to the Ticuan.
