So true, also makes no sense to me. There guys on other pages that claim the same. Of course foreign guy pay more, in all destinations. I would bet a lot of money, that the guys that are complaining about bad services, have a very small budgets, and high or unrealistic expectations, so if something goes wrong they do not have the funds for another session. I could not find HK's official terms or conditions for the use of the VIP cards and various coupons. HK is too lazy to write them up.

However, it is generally accepted that you can claim your VIP benefits every 12 hours, starting 8 PM. I got free orange juice for breakfast with VIP card after 8 AM the next morning.
