I visit Chicago every time. I wouldn't say the meseros are bad. There's more meseros per customer than Hong Kong though. My biggest issue with all the bars is, no meseros is assigned a booth. The two minutes neither of us have a drink, while we wait for our beers, six waiters may come up and ask us what we want. Why do they need four times the waiters than necessary? Sorry, I've had completely different experiences. I had so many awesome times at HK. Maybe, 20%, average or below, the rest have far surpassed my expectation, but I do the following:
