I've been taking the free HK limo for a few years, but it's come to a point where it is no longer an appealing perk of the VIP card. In past years they would just give you $5 for a cab if the limo isn't available. Now you have to wait, last night I waited 20 minutes. On a sunny Friday morning in mid October I drove down from LA and parked at the border lot next to the Jack in the Box. $8 for 8 hours. Yes on all accounts! I NEVER go into Hong Kong anymore. NEVER pay upfront. ALWAYS pay in PESOS. Cascada is too pricy. I am in Tijuana two to three times a week. For six years. Every week. For the past several months, I just read posts here. Today, I would share my experience.
