Gentlemen. After much indecision, I'm now confirmed for Rio. I have been so tempted to make yet another trip to Medellin. But, I'm going to give Brazil a try. First visit to Brazil. I speak no Portugese, which is my biggest concern. I have always flown solo. Plan is clinica by day and termas by evening or night. Not sure what times I'll be at the termas. Part of me says evenings might be better. Or at least safer, since I have no knowledge of the areas. I'm very street smart and foolishly fearless. Or, if that side of me wins out, I don't mind late nights and a party. I'm older, late 40's. And physically, I'm not exactly God's gift to women.

All that said, I'm not a guy that makes plans to go out with other dudes. But, if you are planning to be in a termas after 6 PM between Sept 18-22, let me know.

SP from Oct. 6th and then headed to RJ a week after that.

Will be traveling with a buddy but always cool to meet up with newbies or some local veterans.

7th trip so hoping for that lucky streak to keep going.

Land in Sao Paulo September 6 - stay till 9th then Rio 9th - 13th and back to Sao Paulo till departure on Sept 19th. Been to Colombia and Tijuana a lot. Do not usually drink or smoke any more.
