I am on the ground staying in Centro right now since 7/29 and it's been scorching hot & sunny everyday except Sunday was mixed overcast. But no Lluvia.

So, as far as I can tell from searching the weather channel and internet, Colombia is having a lot of rain, up to 80% chance of thunderstorms for the next 10 days or so (while I was planning to be in BOG, Manizales, and Medellin).

Can anyone on the ground give an accurate report as to how much rain there really is in the above areas, if there are flooding issues, or plane / bus transportation issues because of the rain?

If it is really bad, I may want to postpone my trip.

Any weather forecasters out there?

First time in Medellin. Last two of August. I speak basic Spanish.
