Hi there, how are things there with pico y cedula? I am thinking about coming on Sunday until new year but not sure yet due to the peak and ID restrictions? Can you go to bars, restaurants, and Santa Fe mall?

Mall is open. They didn't check at the entrance, or at Starbucks, but going into individual stores. They didn't really check when I went to Carulla either. Restaurants and bars are open but supposed to shut at midnight, only got here right before Christmas so not sure if they're sticking to it. Everything supposed to be shut on nye and nyd again.

Just got to Bogota yesterday. I'll be here until 12/22 before heading back to reality aka USA. I spent the past 2 months in MDE and I'm here in Bogota (Chapinero) for just a week to get my feet wet and see what its like here. So far I prefer MDE but I'm keeping an open mind. Cheers.
