I was there in June for two weeks. Though I did not actively search for monger activities, my monger radar also did not sense anything obvious. That said, on the last night before departure, I was hosted to dinner in the Korean quarter and a female at the dinner mentioned that the massage parlors in that neighborhood are bases for working girls. So check out the Korean quarter if you have time. I did not check on this information so I can not give you any concrete intel. I believe the West Pagoda is near there.
