I will be staying at Pan Pacific hotel on 29th, 30th and 31st of May.

What are the best places around this hotel for mongering?

I would love to hear from other members who will be there around that time for a drink or mongering.

Heading to Manila the first week of May. No plans beyond that. I plan to bounce around. AC, Cebu, Davo, maybe Subic too. I've got a couple of weeks to make choices and find a hotel room. I'm trying to decide on a night in Manila or not. I'll also be hitting Thailand and Vietnam.

I see Cebu Pacific does a BKK run direct from Clark return around $200 US......so if the AC mongering gets a little boring......

Thanks for the heads-up on CebuPacific. Booked HK to Clarke [AC] return for $81 US$. Processed easily online. Excellent value.

Just booked a flight with this airline. Think it went through. Got email from them saying I was going to a different city, with a different name, different con.#, and a different price. At least they got my address right. Will give them a couple of days to figure it out. May be easier just to book from manila.

They also have one flight a day from Macau to clark is cheaper than HKG, it is about 1180 HKD with tax for round trip flight.

I just booked flights online with Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific. I could not do this in the past, but last Wednesday, I booked online using an American credit card that used the Verified by Visa password.

Also, Cebu Pacific just had a 1,000,000 seat promo last week. Alot of tickets sold and when I went to book a flight that I have flown 20 times, and never had a problem getting a seat, it was already sold out.
