I have been only once in River Palace because the quality of the girls there was the same that can easily be seen on the streets. There were no super models like the ukrainian girls who are gathered in metro stations and central places. However I noticed that prices in RP can be negotiated and are related to the appearance of the client. Girls may easily lower prices if the client is good looking. Also another common thing in Ukraine girls judge you by the response of other girls to you. If they see that you try to get lower price by getting from girl to girl and negotiate, they will strictly keep to the 300$ fixed rule. Because they do not want you to have any advantage. That is why girls and taxi drivers are so often gathered together in a single place. They want to watch all the possible customers as not to give them the chance to lower the prices by negotiating and discovering the possibilities.

So if you want to hit on a girl in RP you should first buy for her a drink in a way that the other girls see it and realize that you are generous gentleman.

Then when you negotiate the price with her, make sure that the other girls do not see it. Moreover do not let her go and inform the other girls or try to move as quickly as possible to cause confusion. The girls tehre are friends (some are enemies) and will try to exchange information between each other.

This is what I can think in order to get a lower price. Of course in this game the slavic girl has always the upper hand because she understands better your psychology than you understand hers.

As for me after buying a drink to a girls that resembled very much the first freebie I had gotten in Kiev, I asked her about how much it cost. 300$ seemed to me a big amoun of money. This seemed to me reasonable price. She refused. I bought her one more drink but she kept refusing. She agreed on two girls for 300$ but not for 3 girls for the same price. So I moved to other girls who of course had realized what had happened and now each one wanted 300$ for herself only without negotiating. I found it ridiculous and got away. I don't post that much on this forum, but I'm always reading everything that you guys write. At the moment I have been in Kiev for one week, I still have 3 to go. So it would be good to link up with some of you guys who are coming out here. For example, I scored a Donetsk girl in Shooters one evening (for free, she was just a 6 but insatiable) who subsequently explained to me that she was sharing a rented apartment with two friends (at $60/day), and that they would go to River Palace when they would run out of money... just that two days before, two of the girls went there and got so drunk that instead of finding a client, one of them passed out on the pavement and had to be dragged home by the other girl, who could hardly stand herself.
She also confirms that her friend, who was there more often and probably qualifies as an 8, regularly made $500 there. That very same friend also went with a 35-year-old Italian for free that night.
I guess this only goes to show that for many of these girls, the boundaries between making money and having fun are, indeed, quite fluid. Not the politically correct tale that one hears on American TV. BTW, they knew I'd be gone in two days, and the Italian a day after that.

You may be on to something. I am not a RP regular, but one vibe I often did get was that some girls really didn't seem to care if they got chosen or not. There was no "desperation" or "need" to score a night's work. This is of course bad for the monger.

Maybe some girls there simply don't need the money and instead of hanging out in a bar or cafe somewhere paying their own drinks or lounging around at home watching Fabrika on TV, they'd rather have some swarthy guys slobber all over them buying them overpriced cocktails.

In any case, you are right in your advice that unless you use the internet sites or go to a salon (which isn't easy for non-Russian speakers to navigate) your best bet is really River Palace.

I think for a newbie to realistically plan, he should expect to pay 30 Grv taxi there and 50 Grv back and about $60 at the club on drinks etc. + about $300 for the girl, who will stay about 4 hours. Of course everything can be less if the monger is clever, but since when is the newbie monger clever?
