Stay away from hiring somebody to find "marrriage prospect", at least in Nikolaev! Waste of money. As a "long-termer", I know a few of these guys here.

In case of "serious" intentions, be prepared to go to the holiday locations in Crimea, which are still affordable by "standard" locals. And this is NOT Yalta.
