Hmmm. Two weeks to burn. As a one time Philippines, Indon traveler, I'm trying to decide. Columbia or the Ukraine? Plus for the Ukraine, I have contacts and the girls are bit closer to my Eastern European upbringing (Hungarian). On the other hand. I've been to Cuba, dance salsa and find the whole Latin American thing a bit more "hot" than my cold ancestory.

Hmmmm…….according to the stamps in my passport I will make flight nr. 199 to Kiev tomorrow and next Sunday nr. 200 back :-)). So I am going to be for the 100 time in Kiev. I think I should celebrate a little. So if anyone likes to hang out with me in the evening or night next week, until 25th, send me a PM.

EU passport holders can stay for up to 3 months without a visa.

Does the Boat ever truly close in Kiev?

It's open to at least 0600 so the girls can take the metro back home.

When does RP close in the morning?

I am thinking that if Arena doesn't work out as a SB viewing venue, I might have to RP... I think the SB runs 1-5am on a Sunday night/Monday morning.

If the game sucks I could leave at halftime with your Amazon babe...

The Arena sports bar is still open. I was there for the NFC wildcard game the other night (Christmas). However they closed early and booted us out at midnight. We went to RP to watch the rest of the NYG-PHI game.

RP might be a better choice if you want to mix girls and football. The downside of course is being distracted by girls you want no part of. I had a tall blond amazon sit right next to me and blab for about 15-20 minutes. She didn't believe me when I told her I was just there for the game.

The 2nd floor bar (sports bar) is open Superbowl night (morning). It's one of those times that 'depends'.

Arena is without a doubt the best venue for watching the Superbowl in Kiev. This will be my 3rd if I am still in Kiev for the 2007 SB. I was in RP the other night when JAX was playing. There was about 8 minutes left in a close game and the fuckers changed the channel to watch Nordic Skiing.

Ouch... the bar better be open on Super Bowl Sunday... if I can't watch SB there I guess RP is the only other choice? The game runs 1-5am if I calculated right... would be a bummer if the disco is indeed closed though, I was going to use the disco as my alternative option for entertainment if the game sucked.

I haven't confirmed it but word is from one of the female managers at Arena that the disco is closed for renovations until Feb - March. The other floors are still open.
