You should be very careful, there are more than a few police sting operations around that area and it is illegal to talk to anyone out on the street for the purposes soliciting for sex. The only safe guard people use down there is to see if the girl gets into the car, because a cop will not. incall is the service offered at some location where you go (e.g. amp, fox den, and so on). lady's coming to your hotel would be outcall. now the reason i mention this is that outcall is legal in canada but incall is not. granted that le typically leaves incall places alone, as long as no drugs, **** or forced workers are involved. but there is always a possibility.

if you were staying at a hotel, i would go for outcall. carman fox or covergirls are well known outcall agencies.
