After one month of testing by several members of the gang and also several foreigner friends, these are the feedback on the Americans imported condoms:

Pro:
1) They are indeed much more comfortable to put on and use.
2) It is much better lubricated than the local ones.

Cons:
1) Since it is much better lubricated, sometimes when you got your girl fully simulated and her vagina muscles tightens, you might have a Slag. When pulling out your dick from her pussy, in between positions, the condom tend to pull back a certain portion of the condom thus making a little slag on your dick front. You will have to push down the condom back into your shaft of your dick before re-inserting into the pussy.

i am confident that what ever i paid was ok at that time, knowing that

1) mine is 100% genuine,
2) yes, we had to bribe the test responsible as he immediately noticed what we were up to... actually, i recollect one candidate completing about us…

i went through the complete medical and theory tests in recognised institutions personally, i would have been an idiot if i cannot differentiate a genuine against a fake one.

if i have taken the theory test in chinese, i only have to pay an additional rmb 500 for the ‘help’ to guarantee a pass, making the total cost of the whole process at rmb 700. i took all my tests and convert my foreign license in shanghai.

knowing your ego and having adopted the chinese attitude of ‘cannot afford to lose face’, i expect you to mention the following:-

-- my license is a fake one.
i will be glad to surrender it to the traffic police at any time for checking.

-- guangzhou is difference from shanghai

of course, they are different; shanghai is one of the most expensive cities, if not the most expensive. in order to compare apple to apple, we will consider that the 100 questions theory test is taken in chinese. if the foreign driving license can be converted to a chinese genuine one in shanghai for rmb 700, it should cost less than rmb 600 in guangzhou.

don't be a sour grape, if you are an idiot to pay rmb 1800 to get the local driving license while others only pay a few hundred rmb, admit it.

btw :- a fake driving license only costs rmb 10 instead of rmb 50 or 200 as mentioned in your report. again only a fool like you will pay between rmb 50 to rmb 200 for a fake one.

In GZ there were no test available in English. And I trust that their is still no English test available in 2006.

One African male was in the room (we were +/- 40) and he passed the entire text in Chinese characters.

I think that the original price in GZ is 500RMB.

You might have got a DMV license for 50 or 200kuais.

The day you will unfortunately get involved in an accident, and that the cops will run your license on their computer, you will learn (the hard way) if yours is a genuine one or not.

I know of a guy, (whiteman) who speaks perfect Chinese and will take the place for you to take the driving test for 500RMB. The license will be issued to your name in your passport.

But again, this is China! anything is possible with Money!

Are you trying to share your knowledge with the board on how to get a Chinese driving licence or telling the board that how smart you are to get your Chinese licence for RMB 1800 while others are paying a few extra thousands RMB.

For the same legal Chinese licence, I only spent RMB 200 (RM 40 for the photographs to be used for the tests, RMB 60 for the medical tests and RMB 100 for the 100 questions theory test) while you have to spend RMB 1800. I believe you are going to tell me that you have to pay/bribe someone to provide you the answers to the 100 questions theory test which are in Chinese.

I don't understand Chinese too but do you know that the 100 questions test is also available in English. When you are registering for the test, inform the counter that you want to take the test in English. Tell them that you will take the test among the last few candidates, also requests for a copy of the questions in English to go through. If you are an experienced driver, you need less than an hour to digest those questions.

I also had my test in Year 2005.

We went to the one and only place for Car business procedures in Guangzhou, actually a bit off town.

We started the usual paper work, passport, visa, residence book, pics, 20 minutes passed, then the medical took 01 minutes, then came the 100 questions test, however my interpreter -which I paid 1600- gave all the answers, A = Apple, B = Boy, C = Cut,.

2 weeks later, he delivered to my home a genuine Chinese Driving License, with a 6 years validation.

PS1 - You need a valid driving license from your own country.

PS2 - Not sorry to read that you have paid 5000RMB, moreover I trust that when guys pay 800RMB and even more for a girl, 5000RMB for a driving license is pocket change for most of you.

He did said the agent is located somewhere near in Hongkong where you obtain the Visa for China. I thought it is likely to be one of the "Side-lines" of the government departments... Wadman you king enough to comment?

Your license is issued by a PSB in some obscure province nearby.Shanghai gets served by Anhui Guangdong usually gets issued Hunan or Jiangxi.The service fee pays for you supposedly to have taken and passed the exam there.It is a good source of extra income for junior and medium level people.

For my first license, I paid 2,600 RMB to a friend in GZ and did not have to take any test. This was a Hainan license. A police friend looked at it one time and told me that it may be a fake though. Anyway, I kept it until it expired without incident.

For my second license, I went to a company across the street from the Holiday Inn on HuangShi Lu in Guangzhou. I paid 1,600 RMB and only had to take the written test in English. The company provided a car with a driver and one staff to bring me to the place. They gave me all the answers which I just brought with me and copied over. One of the test monitors even asked me if I needed any help. The whole thing only took a couple of hours. PM me if you want the GZ company details.

There is also one company offering drivers license service at the Huanggang border in Shenzhen. They wanted 2,500 if I remember correctly. If you turn right after the immigration check, you can find the counter all the way at the end before the restrooms. They tried to tell me why theirs was better than mine, but I could not really understand the reasoning.

If you want to go through the hassle, you can do it on the cheap. I think the whole thing costs less than 100 RMB if you go there, wait in lines, take the written test, stay over, take the driving test, etc. It was just not worth the trouble to me for 1,600 RMB.
