Starting February 2nd we will be opening our 2nd Executive Penthouse Suite. This is a 1300 square foot 3 bedroom, sleeps 6 or more, very modern Penthouse. We are located in Barrio Amon in the center of everything!

Great for groups of 3 where pricing comes to about $50 per man per night. Also full breakfast and daily maid service. I am now offering my Ex Coffee Barons Mansion as starting point for those that are thinking about moving here to Costa Rica. Bring yourself for long stay which will be much cheaper than a hotel, and you are all within a couple blocks walking distance of HDR, Sportsmans Lodge, New Fantasy, Little Havanna (Zona Blue), Taxi to over 30 MP's, all the parks, museums, Avenida Central, etc.

I only want serious long term thinkers, retirees, etc. I will spend time with you and help you get on your way to moving from the USA or somewhere else that you want to get away from as long as you are not a fugitive!

Can you share any more info. Sounds like they are in a great location? $600 is a great price as I been looking around and found much higher while getting less. Post some photos of your place. Thanks I always enjoy your posts and photos!

Thanks Adventur, I'll tell the girls you liked their decorating tastes. There definitly is a varied market for varied clients with varied price ranges. Since we are a 3 bedroom large condo most of our clients have been groups of 2 to 3 guys who want the privacy in the bedroom but a common area to gather in. With 3 guys the real cost is about $35 per night each including a full American breakfast with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel.
