I was a little disappointed there were actually far more African girls than Filipinas.
If I need to compare Mariners versus York :
- York is a lot bigger and there are a lot more girls there.
- there are no Chinese in Mariners (or hardly any)
- there are some Filipinas in Mariners and I have never seen any in York.
- the band is good in Mariners, but also in York.
I was in Marines Bar during bike week for Thurs and Fri night and saw quite a few Filis. I had my regular Chinese with me so didn't venture out much and was sitting at a table at the corner of the bandstand so during band breaks I was right next to the dance floor and there was a group of filis keeping me entertained dancing with one really nice looking one there. I had to be careful watching since my Chinese gets upset if I look too much. They lose face if their friends see you looking around too much. On trips to the toilet it looked about even on nationalities but they seem to tend to gather up in their own areas so if you get in and find a spot and stay in it you might get a misrepresentation of the mix. On another note there always seems to be better choices and prettier women when you have one with you. Haven't been to York since I found Seaview but remember the African's were pretty aggressive in both places if you are alone. Since I live in Abu Dhabi now I don't get to Seaview much but still see some of the same Chinese faces from before when I lived in Dubai 2 years ago. The waiters and waitresses are excellent there too. I paid 80 AED on a weekend with 2 drinks. When I went there regularly I did not pay a cover.

Mariners Club
My first visit to the Mariner's club in Seaview Hotel was last week. I had to pay 50 AED at the door but that included a drink (note that in York I never have to pay a fee at the door. I just nod friendly to the doorman and in I go). In fact, I went there because according to this forum there are a lot of Filipinas there, and I like Filipinas. So I was a little disappointed there were actually far more African girls than Filipinas.
What the hell, I thought, I will just stay to see the band, which is notoriously good. I just had the time to order a beer when one after an other African lady (ALL claiming to be from Ghana, as usual. Does anyone know the explanation behind that?) wanted to know my name, where I was from and whether I wanted to go home with them (that exchange of deep thoughts takes less than a minute).
The fifth one or so had a pretty face, was less aggressive in her demeanour, and I thought, what the hell, better to keep her and talk to her a bit so that the others stop harassing me. She was even really from Ghana (I asked her a few questions only a Ghanese person would normally know). She was pleasant, good looking and a pro (like all of them). So to make a long story short (well it actually was a short story becoming long due to her skills) , in the end I took her home, which is the Hilton Creek. Annoying registration done we went up. A little disappointment when I saw all (she obviously had had at least one child) , but most made up through passion and real fun. I felt very comfortable with her.
We had negotiated 700 AED for the whole night, but I threw her out after a few hours (I never keep them). She was genuinely disappointed at being thrown out (she told me she usually goes to Apartments or Aparthotels and this was the nicest room she had ever stayed in. Well I always get corner rooms there with exceptional views of the city).
Her name was Maisie (well that is her acting name) and she is wearing a reddish wig.

By the way, if this is your first time to Mariners you have to cross the lobby and go out at the back. Then it is there immediately on your left. I thought it was quite inconspicuous and had walked by it the first time, ending up almost in another night club at the back of the hotel (forgot the name of that one).
With regards to the Hilton Creek, I learned later from the Concierge that at night they take all the details from the girls for the protection of the guests, which once in a while is needed. During the day they don't. So if you want to avoid registration you have to bring her in while it is not dark yet.

Would suggest reading the ROD's (reports of distinction thread) ; there's a reason they're there. One post there provides a VERY effective way to search. Will enable you YOURSELF to find reports on where to find Africans; they're often reported on.

Dubai. Second Visit
Report is about two weeks old.
Arrive Dubai Saturday morning and finished work by 8 pm. I went to York about 10pm. AED 60 with one drink free. Usual mix of Africans, a few PRCs and 8-10 CIS (Uzbeks). Now North Africans greatly outnumber PRCs in York. Most surprising thing was two really old CIS (I think post menopausal) who came about 11pm.
I interviews two Uzbeks. Asking price was AED 800 for full night with no kissing and all to paid up front. I did not bargained on the price but the maximum I could get out of them was AED 500 here and remainder in hotel. The terms were obviously not acceptable because there was 99% chance of deal ending up as ST for AED 800.
York was not full even by 11:30 on Saturday night. Any way at 11:45 moved to Regal, Even Regal was not full. It got full only for half an hour probably between 00:15 and 00:45.
Regal was as usual full of CIS Uzbek, Turkmen and Georgians.
Spoiled Candidates.
First was a cute looking tall Turkmen on the left side who asked AED 700 ST with no kissing. I told her no kissing means no sex. She replied OK then AED 800 with kissing but no DFK.
Second was Ukrainian on the right. Again the same problem AED 1000 full night but no kissing.
Third was a tall (with 6' heal) ultra slim (with flat chest) Georgians. She was too busy dancing with her friend. I noticed many people going to talk to her and then come back alone. Anyway I tried my luck to find out the problem The problem was AED 1500 and clients are not allowed to bargain.
Decided to go back to York and try PRC. Met one just outside Regal. Quite nice pleasing personality. Asking price AED 200 no holds bar (no anal). Took her to Majestic. No problem no hassle and no I'd.
She proved what she said. Good DFK, reasonable BBJ and nice long session in multiple positions. Not really a time watcher. Over all nice session with a street walker.
She left at around 03:15 and I came back to regal to have Chicken donor. The tall Turkmen girl was standing outside but now asking for 1000 LT (at 03:30 am). Inside the donor was finished but surprisingly the Georgian was picked up by someone (probably for AED 1500)

The UAE board now has this disease and not sure it can be stamped out.
A basic RTFF seems not to work as this ruins what was once a good board / thread.
