I manage to swing by broadway from time to time. The cover charge of 50 Aed for the coffee shop gets implemented at 5pm. So typically the place starts filling up from 6pm onwards and by 7pm, it is impossible to find a place to sit down.

The shisha place access is through the coffee shop. So you'll need to go through the coffee shop entrance and explain that you 'transiting' through the coffee shop to the shisha place. A few guys try that and sneak back into the coffee shop (where most of the women are).

The ambiance clientele are predominately Arab watching the various soccer matches or music vidoes. The workings girls are mainly Azeri, a few Uzbeks, Armenians, and Moldovans around. By 7pm, you'd probably have 25-35 girls around. A majority 6-7 /10 in the looks department, a good number of dogs, and ever now and then a stunner comes in (but quickly taken by a customer).

The system is that most girls go short-time in the hotel (500-700 aed for the room depending on availability). Prices range from 300-500aed for one go, 500-800 aed for two shots (an hour), and 1000-2000aed for the whole night. As you can imagine, they are incentivized you finish off with you quickly, only to go down and find the next customer.

No wi-fi in the hotel, coffe shop, or shisha. Don't think you could do much web surfing anyways as it gets very noisy, dark, and smoky.

Overall, I wouldn't consider this the best experience in Dubai. Very run down (hotel and girls) but an convenient option for some.

What would be the best time to go and is there a price range you lot could tell me about so as I don't go overboard. Would be great if someone could tell me if wifi is available.

Have to agree with some posts here, that the quality in Regal is coming down and prices are going up. From some recent trips I felt a difference to the old times. Been to that place very often during numerous trips to Dubai and never paid any entrance fee, because I just walked up the staircase,now I was stopped and asked to pay. The 100DHS I had to pay last time is not a big deal but anoys me. The girls are more chubby and older, which was one of the reasons I haven t close a deal over my recent visits.

After my opinion nothing changed in York, not my cup of coffee, but solid as mentioned very often here in this forum. If you like them black, the place to be.
Quality and choices in Rattlesnake has improved. I like it now much better than Regal now with a wide variety. Girls are coming from all countries from the former CIS, some from China and Africa, but the last two groups are the minority there. Prices after negotiation betwen 800 and 1000 DHS all night.

I want to draw the attention of you to Kubu in the Radisson SAS former Intercontinental, an all time classic, which had not been mentioned in this forum for quiet a while. No entrance fee to start with, a good envirement in a 5 star hotel and always a good selection of girls. Had over the past weeks a girl from Minsk, blond, positioned at the left side at the end of the bar, good service and fun, good English, 1200 all night. For two times a girl from Georgia, Tibilis, short dark hairs, left side 5 meters from the entrance and a girl friend of her a former ballet dancer from Novosibirsk, both of them 900DHS all night. I m lousy with names, sorry. All of them are not the hottest babes I ever had, but very solid with nice service and personality and keeping their promises about their commitments they gave to you. They will not try to run away after the first shot and stay up to your discretion.

I agree to george6969 that regal and york are on the way down. Regal is more like an old cleaning-woman exhibiton and york is too Chinese and african. The rattlesnake is ok. But I am looking for good other place. Anything new popped up in the last months? Where to go for indian or arab girls? I walked down to Jockey's last week on my first trip to Dubai in many years. After getting worked over for 40dhs at the door I walked in and was immediately grabbed by two ladies before I got to the bar.

I've tried the broadway cafe a few times during the daytime; I usually go to the outside shisha place, rather than stay in the cafe inside. The girls usually stay inside the cafe, and come outside to the shisha place to check us punters there or to play some video games. The indoor cafe has a 50dhs entry fee, which doesn't apply to the shisha place but the shisha place has a minimum spend (shisha + nuts + water, approx 40 dhs)

The girls are average, some even ugly and only 2-3 nice looking ones. All girls want to go for 1h to one of the rooms in the hotel (available by the hour approx. 250 dhs). The girls usually start at 500dhs for 1h (2 shots) but I've managed to take one for 300 dhs as well.

All in all, I think its a good place to go to enjoy some relaxation in the daytime.

I visit Dubai once in a while to scratch the itch. Had a bad experience in Regal last time when I paid a Russian for a full nighter and she left after 2 hours. The policy of pay after is often quoted in this forum but I do not think it works with most of the girls. At least I have not been successful and would like to hear if things are getting better on that front.

From what i've learned here on the boards is that it all depends on your the rapport you establish with the WG. If you like your girl buy her drinks, establish that trust in her and tell her before taking to the room that you will pay her half before the encounter and half after.
