Yesterday, the doctor prescribed Elocon ointment that I used before heading to bed last night. I woke up in the morning and all red spots were disappeared.

Today I had my test results.

According to the doctor, it was a normal anus bacteria that caused the irritation on the skin of my tool. When I asked him about the causes, he mentioned some examples, followed by saying that the most common one is when a man penetrates his wife from behind (anal) and this is the cause of 90% of similar cases he saw here in UAE.
