Your experience was quite standard for the places you visited, you could change the date and some 90% of it would probably stand. If you found a girl that works for you and you are not OCD about variety you may want to stick to her as sex will probably improve over time and save the time, cost and hassle of the clubs. After my really nice afternoon massage session, I decided to check out the Bar scene. Thanks to all the fellow members that have contributed to the forum. I too believe that if you want to learn more about what is happening in Dubai, go read the forum and contribute to the wealth knowledge.

Went to Paranoma (for the first time) which is across my hotel in Ramada at about 9am to check out scene. There was a 50 AED cover that includes a drink. Checked out the girls on offer as I walked towards the bar. However was not impressed that they only have the usual selection of beer and not my favorite Hoegaarden even when they that on the logo of one of their tap. I was prepared to give away the coupon and ask for Hoegaarden but was sadly informed that they ran out of hoegaarden. Sigh. Life is too short to drink crapy beer. Anyhow, got a typical beer, found a empty bar stool near the middle. I don't like to lurk in the corner as it does not give me full view of the club. The male and female ration was about 6:4 with a mix of PRC, CIS, Africans and Viets. Sat down and enjoyed the music for a little while to observe how the WG flows around club. I speak both English and Mandarin fluently so I would normally go for PRC as we can connect better. Soon after a group of 3 asian looking lady came around and stood around me. Chatting in Viet. When one of them left, their conversation broke and I took the chance to chat up one of the cute Viets girls. Most Viets are very pretty with the sweetheart look. However our conversation did not really hit it off as we reached our language limit. She would only say "bring me hotel, I give you good sex." I knew I wasn't looking for a quick "fuck and run" session but a LT so if I wasn't able to communicate with my girl, that would have been a deal breaker for me. I politely turned her down and told her that I am here to enjoy the music. She smiled but continue to stand next to me. Now that I know who is a Viet, it is easier to identify her country mates (eliminating those whom I will most likely have problem communicating with ). They were all PRC but I got really turned off when some of them spoke rather loudly. Felt like I was at a loud outdoor wet asian market when the girls talked among themselves. Miss W was rather quiet the whole time. I had plans to visit SeaView for the music and I excused myself shortly. Quietly told the girls I will be back for them in a sec. Gave Miss W a smile and left.

Went over to Sea View club for the first time as well. Arrived at 10:30pm and paid the 100 AED cover that included 2 drinks. Again they only had the normal beer selection. How disappointing. Found a good seat on the right of the bar and sat down to enjoy the music. Again, our fellow forum member is accurate. The Philippine band is very good and I did enjoy the music there. A bit loud at times for conversation. On the mongering menu, we had a good selection of Viets, Fili, African, CIS and PRC. The girls were at par with Paranoma, if not better. Mostly 7-8. I took my time to enjoy the selection of beautiful women this time as the music was entertaining. At the same time to observe how deals were done in SeaView. The F to M ratio was 50:50 at about 11pm but more ladies were streaming. However I did not see any significant number of male counterparts leaving with their prize. At about 11:30 a SYT (small young thing) came in through the door and caught my eye. She had a very "next door neighbor's daughter" look. My eyes followed her around for a bit as she disappears into the crowd occasionally. When the opportunity opened up, I walked over and stood next to her and introduced myself. Sigh. Another Vietnam girl with limited communication. Second one in a row tonight. She smiled and wanted me to bring her home for 500ST and 1200 LT. I smiled and walked away. Another PRC saw me and came about to chat with me. We hit it off on a good note and had a fun time chatting and she bitched about all the other ladies there. We were having such a good time chatting that I felt I was probably making her lose out on missed opportunity. Following that, I took the time to move to the other corner or the room and found a group of Fili WG sitting together. One was particularly raunchy as she was grinding up the back of a caucasian gentleman. From his expression I could see that he was uncomfortable as he had friends there. It is 12 midnight and had enough of the loud music so I took my leave and headed for York. I think Sea View I will probably come back to Sea view again in my next trip. The Viets (SYT) are amazingly cute and I wished I spoke viet. Would be a good place for Fili and Viet girls.

Took a cabbie to York and arrived at the door in no time. Was ushered into this indian / Paki club. Did not have to pay for cover but I did not stay. I did had a glance inside and it resembles a strip club with girls dancing on the stage. Not sure how it worked inside and maybe our senior members can shed some light on this. I left that club and was told by the doorman that this is an indian club. The sports bar had no cover charge but the floor is filled with Africans. Not very appealing so I paid the 50AED (1 drink) and went up to the english club upstairs. It was my first time at this club and this place is quite a mess. I have at least 2 African girl and 1 PRC grab my arm while I was going to the bar, asking me directly "Me go with you now?". The place was packed and I slowly walked around the club to review what was on offer. As usual we have our African, PRC, Viet and CIS. There were absolutely a lot more girls at York than Paranoma and Seaview. The F and M ratio was 7:3. But the quality varies from un-do-able to 7. You really need to look hard to find a gem in here. My overall experience in York is that the girls are very eager to go with you and are not that excited to chat you up. Maybe it is because there are a lot more competition here and the atmosphere is not as great compared to the other 2 clubs. One particular PRC girl was particularly sticky and wouldn't let me off even when I gave her all my usual excuse,"waiting for a friend." "I am here for the music, maybe later" etc. I got so fed-up that I told her "I am gay". Gave her a wink and she eventually gave up. Haha. I am sorry but how am I able to approach another girl if you are sticking to me? Just as I was about to leave for Regal, I bumped into this SYT PRC. (8) (27yr) whom caught my eye. I was later told by her in the hotel (Wink) that she only came into the club and bumped into my on the way to the ladies. We hooked on immediately and agreed on 1000 LT till 7am. That I will pay her half on arrival and another half at 7am. (heard too many stories from our members here). I got her to go to Ramada herself and met her in my room with minimum hassle. Reception called up to verify my guest.

We had a total of 3 pops and I ordered us in-room dinner at 3am as both of us were really hungry after 2 explosive and intense session. We laid in bed naked in each others arms and chatted till 4am. I was told that most girls would normally go home at 2-3am (if there isn't any client for the night) , have dinner and stay up till 6-7am before going to bed. We tried to snooze but I could feel that she is not sleepy and her small movement that did not help me sleep. I knew that she will not fall asleep and I will have a really crappy morning as I will be really tired from the poor sleep. The agreed sex in the morning will probably be terrible as I would prefer to sleep and she will want to go home at 7am. Therefore, I slowly slid under the blanket and began dining on her. It was amazing and she gave me a convulsive shudder between her legs as she clamp my head between her wet thighs while I had my tongue all over her. We spooned for a while before I emptied into her for the third time. It was amazing. As much as I really wanted to sleep with her in my arms, I let her return home at 5:30am as it would be the best for both of us. I have been silent for some time but am back now in DXB after 5 years. Amazing the changes. No more Cyclone or Rattlesnake and now many AMP's and Filli girls with many fewer CIS than I remembered.

Night 1:

After checking in to the still green Ramada in BD headed to Longs bar around 11. V quiet hardly any girls so left for Ratsky in the Karama hotel. It's in a pretty dingy area and is seedy and run down but that added to its charm for me. 75dhr to get in, that included a drink. Very smoky inside and an appalling Phillpino and was playing. In my last 7 years of stay here in this country, I only saw 1 Chinese AMP raided which I used to visit and that is because of complaints from neighbor as it adds lots of nuisance value and they were operating in one of the very posh family building in Bur Dubai for more than a year. Sometimes I also feel that it is a 1 second job for LE to catch and close anyone as some of the AMP's are really located in a very visible and popular places that even a blind man can see the action.

This is the main reason on being discrete. Not because the LE will learn or know, but not to raise too much attention so that it becomes too obvious, too much talked about, too much of public knowledge. To the point somebody has to do something to show the citizens they are not blind, deaf and they do their job and what they are paid for.

I am pretty sure they would say "keep it quiet so we do not have to take action and all will be happy"

in my time here: i have had girls taken from my taxi twice in random controls in marina, one of my fav was arrested on a random control, a flat with some 20 fills drew so much attention that they (and some guys) were trapped in (i think) new year's eve. every single time i have been in a stan (fsu) embassy i have seen a bus with escorted girls arrive to prepare their paperwork for deportation, a really sorry view. some of my other favs have told me of quite a few near misses over the years. the last one is the nigerian girl already mentioned. my pa also told me about being raped by two policemen in ad. not a unique experience for filis.

i agree that most people who get into problems work very hard to get into them. and yes the percentage of girls that get arrested in random wipes is low, but the unpredictability and the harshness of the consequences keep the girls in a state of fear, that is probably the goal of the whole setup. it is not about shutting down the business it is about controlling it.

i want to discuss and address this topic of "clean up" of prostitution and the policies regarding the governments' approach towards this (shall we say) private sector.

i am new to this forum and have been careful to "rtff!" as so not to contravene the evident self-regulation by senior members. as i've read the posts, there seems to be a notion that wg's are under some kind of threat from police arrest. what i wish to assess is "just how genuine is that threat?" and also divulge my knowledge on this country and its orientation regarding vice.

dubai is conservatively reported to contain significantly more wg's than holland, which has well in excess of 30, 000 registered workers. yet the proportion of girls that are arrested here in dubai seems to be very few. so are they perhaps arrested due to random regular raids in order to give the appearance of governance (as like the uk and france) or is it a genuine attempt to crack down on vice?

previous to my current stay, i had spent over 5 years here (2005 to 2010) and in that time i've had the opportunity to meet and in some instances make friends with locals ranging from police officers and hotel managers of expensive resorts to genuine sheikhs who shall we say, are in line for the big chair if you catch my drift. and as anyone who has been here for a while knows, all genuine snippets of information are fed down the grape vine rather than actually published in the media. since i can speak the lingo and wanted to ascertain the risks involved in playing on what in some eyes is considered holy land, i did ask them why they permitted it.

to cut an already long story short, the story goes that initially during the countries inception and early boom, a wealth of foreign skills were required. and europeans / americans being from more liberal climates needed to 'have some fun'. the result was that they ended up getting involved with local girls who just love blonde / white guys. this is a massive no no till this day and thus enough wg's were permitted to service this initial influx. as dubai has blossomed, the number of foreigner's has dramatically increased, (off the top of my head. 5 to 1 i think). but this is still a strict muslim country. so why are they still permitting it? the reason is simple and often cited to me. it is in effect an economic stimulus. the hoteliers alone have told me should this trade be banned, many of them would suffer badly. furthermore, i understand a deal has been cut with abu d and several other gcc countries to centralize this practice so that it can be controlled and invigilated. it means that all the rest of the gulf arab countries including uae states can maintain an image of virtue that is key to their culture. especially since the entire region comes to dubai to 'party' and resultantly spend vast fortunes and in doing so helping a city with actually very limited natural resources to continue to prosper with...

Even the 'unwanted' country was surprised that Dubai can come up with photos of men and women who did thing in Bustan hotel in such short time. Many will remember this incident.

Why it happened I still do not have answers because she was deported. I got a call from Jumierah jail and they said somebody want to speak to me. She was on the line. She wanted me to come with warm clothes to jail because it was freezing cold in Ukraine and she was to fly that night. I went to see her with fur coats bought in Satwa market. The arabic police woman said to me 'Allah will bless you'. She called so many of her friends but you are the only one who has courage to come here. I met her. Her face had injury marks, eyes were swollen and she was sobbing. I am still searching for answers. Maybe she was beaten by inmates.

An educated Nigerian girl known to many of us was picked up outside Cavalli. It is very very upmarket night club and about 7 to 8 girls were picked up at 2 am. Reason unknown.

To try and put some other reasoning behind this.

My sources tell me even the more sophisticated tech countries were more than surprised the UAE could do anything that fast. One comment used the word "amazed" . The jist of the conversations I had was that the UAE knew all about it but everyone was using false passport 9something the Gulf News didn't push much just the 1 'unwanted' side) it was easy to deny everything. So I really think the LE have as much was we give them credit (well not me) because if they did everyone would be arrested.

As for girls on streets. This happens, this is the UAE and any girl walking out of any club past midnight knows the risks. I have friends girlfriends picked up and they had a resident visa (and took them 2 weeks to get them out with a legitimate work visa from one of the larger family groups).

So I can't believe they target clubs etc, it is what the LE like to do especially at weekends so the lesson is leave well before midnight. Simple really.

And I have in the past witnessed the LE outside clubs, total random pick up, not care who or why or if visa or not at times. Just an orgy of filling the vehicles. Not sophisticated, crude at best, and if they can't find a club with WGs well what to say.

IMHO Cyclone got too big and brassy, too much on You Tube etc so it gave Dubai an uncomfortable feeling and as this is a Muslim state (as Cons points out) you abide by the laws, so as Cyclone got too knows, it was closed. Did not stop the fun, but is stopped lots of camera crews visiting it and broadcasting the news all of thaw world on CNN etc.

So I think this is bad luck, karma and basically lots of tosh.

So to conclude, I would be grateful to know of any first hand knowledge of police interventions as I am still trying to assess and ascertain what exactly are the triggers that get WG's and potentially punters arrested. I think it may be as you suggested that a particular establishment has gone cross with some high and mighty locals. Cyclone was a case in point.

Again to all newbies, another example of what should be done and how it is so easy. This is from the Philippines board where I spend much of my viewing pleasure etc. The guys on tis board don't take any crap with newbies who post rubbish or "hey dude" FRs. Jockeys (panorama) is shaping up nicely in the afternoon. Broadway on the deira side has afternoon action. Skip TGIT, mostly fuglies. Note that the hotels themselves are non GF, so take the girl elsewhere.

Alternatively hit a massage parlour reviewed on the forum. They are less busy and fresher in the afternoon and you are spared the hotel fare.

so coming back to my original point, i am having difficulty equating the notion that wg's are under threat and the fact that you could be deaf dumb and blind and still find some fun within a stones throw from where you stand in minutes.

bionic man and joe karnavic both have suggested that there maybe a clean up with the upcoming expo. i would suggest that this is massively unlikely. china and brazil were cited as examples, but they are vastly different cases with china anxious to present itself as a 21st century nation of puritanical's and brazil clearing entire favelas where criminal enterprises rule and run sophisticated brothel networks as part of their illicit portfolios. if anything, i believe there will be an upsurge in dubai to further bolster the economic returns (which is another discussion i have had the good fortune to be privy to).

so i can only infer that should wg's be arrested, it be one of three reasons:

a) that they are brazen in the ply of their trade, which is laughable since anyone who has walked down rigga road can tell you why.

b) that they are in violation of some other, unrelated law. a noise complaint or theft leading to forced police involvement at which point they can't turn a blind eye.

c) that the brothel / girl owners have fallen foul of a local which is very plausible, as i have witnessed the effects first hand to several businessmen. (not related to vice i should add).

in fact, the only thing that i know is strictly prohibited in dubai, is human sex trafficking and should you ever come in contact with a girl being forced against her will, you should get out of there and not return. (inform police at you're discretion).

Gents, I find myself at a loose ends in Dubai a few afternoons and have tried the various daytime joints Moscow etc. Something has alaways been missing, such as fugly women or steep prices with attitude. As a gentlemean (yes, I consider myself as such!). Would anyone be able to provide recommendations.

If it was the evening, I would just pop into Buddha Bar, Cin Cin or Embassy but is there anything comparable during daytime, especially Thursday's?

Last night I went to Premier at Hyaat after long time. Entrance 170 AED without drinks. Anyway, went in and was extremely crowded. Selected a very nice Vietnam girl. She asked for 1500. I didn't somehow negotiate because I wanted to get out as early as possible. I had booked a room at Goria hotel. No problem going up and no one asked any questions or identity from her. It was an excellent experience. Her name is Lin and had just come to Dubai a week back. Really had a great time, went through two session. Very nice body and attitude.
