Panorama Hotel Bur Dubai is open between 12/1 to 4pm and then from 7pm onwards. Usually PRC and CIS (Central Asians. Mostly Kargyz, Uzbek). Quality not that good but good attitude and relativley cheap. ST from AED 250.

Other option is TGT in Astoria also in Bur Dubai not very from Panorama.

Broadway Coffe Shop, Broadway Hotel in Deira Entry AED50. Quality probably better than the other two but more expensive. Usually CIS and PRC

decided to head out last night and also wanted to try someplace new for a change.
