This was my second night in HRD.
ChiChi from the previous night was actually there with LeLe and when I walked in ChiChi jumped on me and invested a few minutes to try and get me to take her again.
I told her very straight forward that the previous night was fun, but I was looking for another figure.
She didn't take it personally and brought over LeLe and got us talking.
Now. From the pictures I'm sure you can notice her great. Assets.
I was hooked.
Though intuition told me that she wasn't that much fun and in the end proved right.
Our conversation wasn't very smooth and though she metnioned that I was cute and all, she wasn't truly invested.
Sadly, the little guy down there had the control so I agreed to taking her with me. Same breakdown as ChiChi in regards to pricing.
In the hotel she was a lot less fun and less social then ChiChi.
Finds out she is not into guys, as she was hurt from her previous boyfriend who apparently cheated on her.
Since then she has been working for just money and providing for her family. Nonetheless after getting know her a bit more, she got friendlier and things got started.
Very mechanical though. CBJ. CFS. Nothing special to mention. Just that she had a smoking body.
Breakdown:
Damage for 1. 5 hours: 1, 000AED.
Club fee: 0.
Hotel: 300AED.
Taxi rideL 80AED.
LeLe attidue: 4.
Body: 10.
Would I repeat: No.
If any gents would like to meet up with her, just PM me as I have her details (only those who are active members).

Dear Gents,
About a week ago or so I had requested some info in regards to areas to play when visiting Dubai.
A few of you gave me some feedback and here I am now RTFF.
Chi Chi. She was discovered in HRD and in all honesty, the most fun WG I had the chance during my visit.
Even though her body wasn't really my type, her attitude made up for it.
In the club she was actually the one who noticed me and approached. A little bit of conversation, mostly flirting (routine on her part I suppose) , but in the end she convinced me to go with her as she promised a good time. What I noticed here is that the price compared to AD is wwwaayyyy Higher. For a typical fun time in AD it would be LT around 800-1000 depending on your negoiating skills. But right off the bat she started off with 1, 500AED for ST and LT was 2, 000AED and above. So I opted for ST but told her I would only work with 1, 000AED. She tried to go higher but I just told her since she was the one who found me so cute, then she should pay me for going with her. LOL. Agreed on 1, 000AED and I would take care of the hotel rental 300AED as well.
We went to a decent run down hotel / motel where I chucked over 300AED for use 2 hours. This again surprised me cause the hotel was really on the ball about getting you out within the alloted time. I suppose other WG's needed to use the rooms as well so they were trying to get business moving. Anyways, we got into the RM and she kept things hot between us all throughout. Alot of kino, fun conversation about the locals and cultures, etc. Eventuallly showered together and we actually started there from BBBJ to crawling our way to the living room (still intertwined together) and slipping on the cover for CFS. Now why did I enjoy her as much more compared to the other WG I had (reported to be posted) , cause she actually seemed to like me. LOL. Her little kitty was wet all throughout and we didn't need any kind of lube to get things running down there.
So. Breakdown.
Entrance to club. Free (staying in hotel)
Chi Chi for 1. 5 hours. 1,000AED.
Taxi ride there and back. 80AED.
Hotel rental. 300AED.
Chi Chi attitude: 9.
Body: 7.
Do it again: Sure. If she would get a boob job maybe.

Should not come as a surprise as they are often younger than the PRC contingent and can be real eye candy. Have found that when they are treated right, they can turn into total sweethearts and provide a great GFE. However language can be a bigger issue for some, especially with their accents and pronunciation.
While I'm still very partial to filis, the big plus of viets for me is they typically don't have managers (as far as I know) so they are usually not in a rush to leave the next day. My current Viet Girl Thursday goes supermarket shopping with me the morning after and makes sure I'm well fed before she goes home. She even stayed a 2nd night with me once (on peak Friday night) without asking for more money because she preferred my company.
But a word of caution that I'm told the viet community is not exactly one big happy family living together. They work in smaller groups and a bit more independently from others Viets.
In any case, pick wisely and treat them well.

Posts: 498A bit of a tit?
Sorry for going off topic, although I would argue that at one level money and vice are kissing cousins, so maybe not completely
Your explanation lost me at the point where advised not to buy right now and then barely a sentence later extolling the virtues of the future city.
Confused. Just a bit, as the advice seems to be don't buy now as there is a crash coming, however the crash may actually in this case be a further price hike in the city of the future.
When you compare Dubai to other equivalent cities, prices are still affordable and rental yields make sense. To put it into context you cannot buy a place. Any place. For less than AED600K in London and that includes (shitty parts of) greater London which is far from prime. 600K will still get you a studio in nice (ish) parts of Dubai and a 1B and maybe stretching to a 2B in ok Dubai and still not to far from the centre.
To put it into further context, London is still affordable compared to many parts of SE Asia and other hub cities such as NY etc. So I would suggest that your friends are either 1. Pulling your leg or 2. Not very good at their job.
Last but not least Dubai remains the middle eastern equivalent of the flight to quality. My concern would be what happens to Dubai when Iran comes back fully in the (international) fold, however that still seems to be a few years away so I wont start selling right now on that basis

Posts: 30First one seems original if you are up for a mid thirty (40 ish) lady. Second avoid unless you like huge girls who can barely move and the tits are hanging all the way down!

Dear colleagues:
Thanks for the posts and PMs asking why I thought I would be criticized. And that it was a bit sad, the amount of criticism of posts. Since some of you opened this line of thought:
I read regularly a few country posts: UAE, Phils, Thailand, for obvious reasons. There is a lot of criticism of posts, taking up useless cyber paper IMHO. People are often admonished to RTFF. I do this, sometimes going back 50 or 100 pages or more. It takes time. It would take less time if we focused more on pussy and less on guarding the sanctity of the forum and criticizing other posts.
Now that I've added chaff, wasted some cyber paper with my non-value added post to the volume I complain about. I will Shut TFU. Peace y'all. GT

I have friends living there, working in the real estate.
They adviced me not to buy right now, now many big investors that are selling.
On a long run Dubai maybe ll be always appealing and I see for the investment they are doing there and the vision for the future they really want to crate "the future city" there and in Abu Dhabi, they have oil so they can invest in it.
Life for normal people is getting too expensive. That's why many girls you meet in bars will like to spend a night with you. There are many semi pros. Rents are high and to live a simple life you need 1.500 euro there (included rent) so to enjoy little more you need 2.000 if you want to buy some nice clothes. Since you spend 1/4 of your time in shopping malls then you need 2.500-3000. How you do unless you have a rich bf, or you are a top manager. You know the answer.
So for the ones wanting to buy real estates. Wait a bit. Maybe a year. Anyway for me Dubai has still a long life. So in any case you ll enjoy in your flat.
I know they plan to increase by 4 millions people living there in the next years / decades so buy a top location and you'll enjoy.
Please imagine there are many units for sale in Buri kalifa. The tallest building. Cause even reach owners are tired for the crazy high maintenance fees.
For me the best is to go to Dubai with some girlfriends from Ukraine. Streight from there. Might be bit hard to get a visa for them but you ll enjoy a lot.
BTW about Jules and the Viet girl with white top. I think she s from cambogia. They go to vietnam to reniew the visawhen expires. She super beautiful. But no comparison with a cold Russian girl that after few jokes and drinks become the best lover on the planet (together with the brasilians)
Hope it helped!

Currently property prices are still 20% down than heady days of 2008. Though the prices are going up most of the properties my friends bought then has still not reached the purchase price.
The prices have not skyrocketed yet. So what crash he is talking about?

Posts: 1192Not sure why you think people would criticize you. Unless you refer to those who think you should treat the girls like shit. But then we try not to pay attention to them here.
In any case, Gulftag kept in mind that the girl, with limited English skills, being Asian, a female, and being on the game, is very vulnerable in Dubai and went out of his way to help.
Some of us also keep in mind that even with good English skills, being Caucasian (OK. 2nd class caucasian) , male (last time I checked at least) and not being a working girl, we are also quite vulnerable in Dubai.
