I tried Roselady last week, and to be honest, it was a terrible experience with appalling service.

Probably it's time to avoid rose lady. I had taken her service couple of times & the experience has been mixed and also depends on the lady you choose.
1. Liz: Gave an excellent service but out on visa run for the last 3 months. Does not look she would ever return. Rate her 7/10
2. Lisa: The service is so so...nothing great. 5/10
3. Meme: Good service ..BBBJ/rimming but does not look good. Speaks no english. Rate her 6/10

In my view mongering is not so different from real estate here. In both activities there is a group of rent-seekers (landlords in RE, bouncers, sponsors, mamasans in mongering) who are clinging to their revenue stream while main groups (tenants, working girls are being squeezed between rising costs and decreasing income).

Eventually they will need to come down and adjust their expectations, if fixed costs go down girls can survive by either reducing prices or having less customers at the old price or a mixture. Crisis is hitting their origin countries so they supply of girls is still there.

If Dubai's rent-seekers fail to adapt, then Dubai's decline will be long and deep, me thinks.

Visited Jockeys yesterday at 11 PM. About 20 Africans and about 10 Russians. All were in the range of 3 to 6/10. Only 10 % had flat stomachs or good bodies. Got quoted even low rates of Dhs 400 for LT. And highest was 700. As about 1:30 PM there were a few even asking for Taxi money just to go home as there was no business.

I liked a girl from Ghana who said that she is addicted to having sex and if this continues she might infact go free with some good looking stud ( I am not) just to have fun.

About 15 men all standing and roaming around but very few takers. I think the economic slowdown has no doubt helped in the rates but it dows seem that the quality has also gone down.

My second stop was at seaview at 10: 45 PM to check out the Filipinos. Rates quoted were Dhs 800 to 1000. BUt after standing there for about 45 minutes I realized the ratio was horrible. As was the colour ratio. Almost all men were white and few locals. There were 50 plus men and only 15 girls. And the band is Awesome. I would go only to listen to the band there. Quality of girls B+

Theory II. If the ratio is not in your favour don't bother to stop, run like hell- rates will be high.

When assessing the ratio, you have to work out who is actively mongering. In Seaview particularly, a lot of white males are there to see the band with no particular desire to take a girl. Other places, York? might have a high proportion of lookie lous.

Slim girl, BBBJ, GFE, overnight with 5-6 pops, and she said it would be no problem. In fact she made a point twice of saying that she prides herself on honesty and that she doesn't want any of her customers to waste their time or money.

Her sales pitch sounded convincing so I called her up the next day and told her to send a suitable lady to my room at the Crowne Plaza. The girl arrived on time (she came straight to my room. I didn't have to meet her downstairs).

She was nice looking, with a decent body. A 7 maybe. Her name was Sherry. Her English was ok but not great. We got chatting and then discussed the fee. I had agreed 1000 Dhs with Roselady, so I handed it over to her. She then asked for 500 more, which I refused. I gave her 40 extra for the taxis, although she said she expected more money in the morning "if she did a good job". I said I'd think about it, just so we could get off the topic and get down to business. In hindsight, I should have spotted the warning signs and taken my money back and kicked her out.

Then we both had a shower and she gave a pretty good massage. When we got down to business it was all downhill. She wouldn't let me finger her. She also wouldn't do BBBJ. So on with the condom and that was the first pop (a crappy BJ). Her attitude was just terrible throughout. She then wanted to go out so I could get her an apple. It was obvious she just wanted to waste an hour or two. I ordered some room service instead. Then onto round 2. Afterwards she told me she only brought two condoms. I had some with me, but that's not the point. This was an overnight and she only brought two. What a joke. She then kept asking for more money to stay longer. I obviously can't force her to do anything, so I basically decided to cut my losses and she left.

So 1040 Dhs for around 3 hours and I only had sex once. Can anyone beat that for worse value for money? I realise most of you would have not fallen into this trap. What can I say. I'm new to this and I count it as a harsh lesson learned.

I emailed Roselady about this experience and whilst she claimed to be sympathetic and upset about what I'd gone through and said she was very angry with Sherry, she didn't offer me anything at all to make good her claim that she doesn't want her customers to waste their time or money.

Theory I. At 10 PM the girls are looking to attract you with a better ST rate so that they can come back for a LT. Quality of girls B

I spoke to a few Africans and gave a low ball (sic) a measly 200 for the LT. And a 6/10 Nigerian girl accepted the offer.

Liked your theories. I now-a-days get girls on ST & then extend to LT if I like her service by paying the difference. However, otheway round, ie converting LT to ST is not possible. Sometimes this happens when you are not happy with service etc & send her back early. But you never get refund on LT rate.

A rate of 200 LT has never been discussed in the forum till now & that too for 6/10....that sounds great.

As far as I can read most of the action is going on in the citycentre of Dubai, but since I will be staying in the Jumeirah-region I am interested in knowing whether there are any action going on there. If so - where?

Last Friday I went to Broadway for the first time in a long time. I just wanted to check it out and see how it's evolved.

For those who haven't been it's a small coffee shop in the Broadway hotel to the left when you walk in the door. At noon there was a small selection of girls and just as few customers. There were a couple that looked interesting, including a clean cut preppy dressed CIS type but I was latched onto by a predator. Monica from Ukraine (or so she said).

Not the best face in the world but a decent looking body, and a nice rack from what I could tell in her clothes. She insisted on 500AED for an hour which I thought was high for a Friday afternoon. She wouldn't leave the table though so I had the pleasure of her company for the hour I was there.

So I spoke to newbie's manager and told her that if she did not give the girl her passport, I would complain to the philipine consulate as well as the police.

She caved and today newbie sent me a message saying she has her passport and her boss told her she no longer has to pay any credit. She has paid 10K of the 17K originally asked for.

She wants to stay with me for a while, and I'm ok with this.

Will get her a ticket back to Manila.

Glad this worked out ok (relatively) for her, and I am happy she no longer has to go out every night with smelly guys. (her words)

My friend had gone to Moscow last night and reported he paid USD 300 + 50 (good work bonus) to somebody. This morning when he showed me the photos I felt he had paid more. So I decided to vist a few places to check various rates.

My first stop at 9:45 PM was Jockeys. The crowd had just started coming in. A few 6 but mostly 3 or 4. I enquired and the rates quoted were 600 Dhs for LT and 200 for ST.

Theory I. At 10 PM the girls are looking to attract you with a better ST rate so that they can come back for a LT. Quality of girls B

My third stop was briefly York at 11:45 PM. Ratio better, prices also better. PRC quoted again 5. 600 Dhs, Africans 500, Russians still at 800. 1000. All LT. These were randomly selected specimen so maybe I could be wrong here but I wanted to go to Moscow and needed to hurry. Lots of Asians, some Whites, some locals. Perhaps a good mix. Quality B and B+

Theroy IV. Russian girls actually are good for PRC and African business. Men go to Russians and after getting a high quote start circulating. When some PRC or African quotes 500 it is a sigh of relief and suddenly the 5 and 6/10 women start looking 8/10.

My fifth stop. At Moscow. At 1 AM. The ticket price is higher but definitely a better disc though the place is small. And lots of Russians. However the ratio was 50: 50. And mostly white. And therefore the price quoted were also a combination of all Theories. 1000 to 1500. But lots of 7/10 but only a couple 9/10. Many old women also circulating with makeup. I was joined by a friend here who was rejected after a few girls quoted him 1200 non negotiable. The same girls quoted me 800 Dhs to 1000 Dhs. I realized my friend was unshaven, smelled of bear, and is definitely fat. (I am average but not fat) Another guy got a hottie for ST 300. As Moscow is alive till 3 AM, the girls want to come back. Quality of Girls B++.

So Therory V. If you want to have better rates, shave and put some cologne. And definitely work on your physique.

Theory VI. All Russians at one place on paper looks good. But they defineitely do not want to be seen cheap and reducing prices. And all combo of above theories apply here.

My friend finally applied Theory IV and a fat Russian who quoted him USD 200 started looking good to him. I did not try to stop him as he was my theory come true. I am allergic to smoke and it seems the entire disc is a large smoking machine. SO had to leave at 2:00 AM.

Drove around the walk of shame between Regal and Ramada and saw to my delight my theories working here too. Some Cars were stopping for the Russians but few were reducing rates in groups. As soon as they were seperated they did go for 600 Dhs or maybe lower. The PRC were looking good at 350 as the night was coming to an end and everybody wanted something. I spoke to a few Africans and gave a low ball (sic) a measly 200 for the LT. And a 6/10 Nigerian girl accepted the offer. I told her that she has to do all (knowing that most Africans don't like BJ or CIM) she was okay and wanted money. And as a good student I refused as I have read all you reports.

So Theory VII. At 2:30 all girls start realizing that their commodity for sale is like a flight ticket. Once the flight takes off all unclaimed seats are a loss to the company. At this stage as the airlines give discounts, these girls are also in a discount mode. But a request. Do not treat women as dirt as this time. Believe me. Negotiate but when it comes to payments do not be miser if the service is good.

So satisfied after a good day spent, I was ready for the Night. Once at my apartment, we had some drinks and I put on a X movie. She was excited and in no time wanted to do a NIKE. Just do it. Well I am a Reeboks fan and so decided to take it slow. Reminded her about our deal and reluctantly she did the BJ and was ready for the CIM but I was not. So put on the cover and let her have fun as she was watching the movie.

Had her twice in the next one and half hour. She made me feel as if she was enjoying it and maybe she was. And the usual ' U R Big' is a great ego booster even for the man with the tiniest peck.
