My PRC informants tell me that CID in plain clothes took girls away from both inside and outside York and Hyatt Regency last night. Reason appears to be "too many girls" - a direct consequence of the PRC ban at Snake I fear - which means not all are being allowed in and so are hanging around outside. Only a matter of time before LE decided to have a clear-up, I guess.

If anybody was at either venue last night (Fri) and can shed any further light please do.

The Snake policy is really hitting some of the girls hard. Most are trying Hyatt, Seaview, York or Jules, but not all can get past the doormen and managers who are apparently charging hefty monthly retainers.

The true top listers do not want to go to York or Seaview.
However went to Seaview with my GF late (1.30am) on Thurs night-Fri morning and she reckoned about half the PRCs in there were ex-Snake regulars.

I can confirm some earlier postings that quite a few PRCs are getting pissed off with the preponderence of Indian lookie-lous and time wasters in Hyatt Regency.

Probably best hunting grounds if you're looking for PRC at the moment are Seaview and Jules.

My own GF is heading back to China this week so will have the chance to do a bit more recon.

I do know of some cases where PRC wg's are living in and receiving allowances of 7000 or 8000 AED a month, but don not really know what the contract entails.

If you want to get your PRC excited I recommend Ang Lee’s recent film “Lust, Caution”. Miss DJ had brought a copy back from China a while back; however it was an official version, heavily cut by the PRC censors and with no subtitles. I recently got a UK DVD version of the film and we watched it yesterday.

Chinese government, worried about the pirate copies of the film circulating in the PRC had put out a “do not try this at home” warning about some of the sex scenes, adding “these people are trained gymnasts”. This may have been taking it a bit far, (Piper, are you a trained Gymnast? ) but it certainly got Miss DJ worked up!

Friends: I am an expat & quite new to this country. Just arrived. Kindly confirm a few doubts, though these may appear silly:

1. Is it ok to give my mobile numbers to WGs I meet at clubs?

2. Do I need to carry my passport all the time I move around within the country?

3. There was a recent news that a massage parlour was raided in DBX & the workers were prosecuted. What about the customers like you & me getting caught (unfortunately of course) in the raid? Are they set free?

4. Which are the cheapest hotel in DBX for booking a room for short time & what they charge for a double room?

Re short time venues, there are a number in Dubai ranging from down right dingy to some pretty decent places with clean beds etc. Generally, the girls know where they can go (or at least the PRC do). The Rattler refugees that I know are having quite a hard time of it. Most of Princess L's lot are either A or just short of A-listers and they aren't keen on working York under any circumstnaces but a few of them do go into Jockey's in the afternoon for a quick start to the day. There are a number of Korean bars around that they go to, Capital Hotel being one of them. Perhaps any Korean members can supply more details. A number of them have also cemented relationships and made them a bit more permanent than before changes at Rattler. I guess they represent a fairly typical sample. I know a lot of them are also working their phone books, I've certainly had a few calls\texts from blasts from the past that I haven't heard from for ages or they know I'm with Princess L.

Less than 200 bucks doesn't go very far in Dubai, especially for clothes, shoes etc.

I don't know where you get yourfigures from but they are miles out or its the very low end of the market. The visa run works out at 900AED per month on average for PRC anyway and there is no such thing as a 10 year visa

Let me give you my calcs for my GF while she was here, I let her work off her credit to Mamma San herself in the beginning before we got too involved, so that could add up if you want to buy her out.

Reoccuring/Month
700 AED - Allowance for her own perusal, clothes, cigarettes,etc.

(700 AED - Rent, if staying in shared accomodation, if she lives with you then you obviously don't need to support rents, you may need to pay this for a gracetime if you take her out of a shared accomodation. The other girls need a new tenant and it's not fair on the other WGs as my GF put it that rent would be higher now that she was gone)

(1400 AED - Kish visa run trip, every three months), depending on VISA status, some WGs already have a paid 10year VISA which is about 10-15000AED

1300 AED - Money for family back home

Good month: min. 2-3000AED also depending on weekend activities, etc.
Expensive month: 4-5000AED, including unforeseen expenses

Now allowance may also vary, I guess depending on how she feels for you, realize that she would probably make more money doing her business, but, meeting a nice guy like you, she'd trade some of that money just for being with a nice guy like yourself.

Everything like food, wine and dine, cinemas etc. would also go on your credit. Don't forget that occasional unconditional gift like perfumes, etc. to show how much you like her. All girls need to hear and see proof that we care for them and especially WGs who seem to be extra prone to low selfasteem (duh!)

The locals really can't do much if you are caught in the act of buying pussy. For me could be a financial disaster because I work for the US government and we have been warned.

4. Research my friend orbitz, expedia etc....but if you go cheap in Dubai more then likely it will be a flea bag. Me I am kind of snobby when it comes to my lodging.

I would als add get a different SIM for mongering so to keep the playtime separate. I know a lot of guys do this.

Try Kubu (Radisson Creek, ex Intercon), some PRC's there, however warn her to expect racism in reverse - they 'ration' the number of PRC's they allow in ! What comes around.......

If she's A Class and can dress as such, and is not too pushy, then she'll be able to hang around many 5* hotel bars - she has to be 'relatively' subtle however.

I think on thursday nights you will find a lot of locals, indian and Pakis in the clubs. On other days to my opinion it is less a problem.

On a thursday night I try to call a lady to meet me in the hotel. Sometimes she tells me that she only wants to do ST, as thursday is the main business day and they might be able to handle several customer in one night.

Now where to go:
Seaview is an option and Panorama is also an option. In Seaview there might be the problem that the manager is scanning the PRC´s and they only let in known faces. The prices in Seaview and Panorama are normally lower than Hyatt.

My PRC girlfriend works at Hyatt Regency. She has complained lately that there is a lack of European customers there. No offense intended toward anyone, but she and a number of her friends have had problems with locals and also Indians ripping them off so she avoids.

I know it's a matter of a group getting painted with a broad brush but it is what it is. They never seem to have problems with Europeans or Amerians.
