Now that you mention it, does anyone know when Ramadan is? I once made the mistake of flying into town during Ramadan and if it weren't for a large list of contacts (most had already gone home) I'd have been screwed (and not in the good way).

My calendar says: Start of Ramadan: Wed, Aug 11, 2010. Can't say exact, but should be around then.
