I find Ratsky's to be a really good hunting ground for fili. If you are just looking for a girl for the night and not a night out go there around 10PM. The cover charge is 75DHS but if you don't want a drink it's 50DHS but you have to tell them you don't want a drink and only want to pay 50. If they don't recognize you alot of the times they will offer you 2 girls (there is no 3some to be had unless you manage to negotiate it before you leave the club) and ita a rubber swap every time you want to swap girls. More hassle then its worth IMHO.

I am surprised that you missed the famous names after reading this forum for so long. Anyway you were very close. Ratsky in Karama is famous for Filis. 10 min cab ride from Karama you have York and Regal Plaza both close to Al Fahidi Metro station in Bur Dubai.

I consider Regal the best place if you are looking for CIS girls with good attitude and reasonable prices. This place have been knows for Dubai resident the why girls don't ask for high prices like Premier which is well knows for tourist especially from Saudi Arabia and other gulf countries so the girls knows this so well and always quote high and they have no problem to pay.
