In terms of hotels, you could try the Ibis Deira City Centre. It's opposite the Deira City Centre Mall so plenty of food options there, and also has an extensive and reasonably priced room service menu, and the hotel rate is cheap too. The room is of course basic but clean and tidy.

I have not stayed here for a long long time, however previously you would have no problem taking a girl back here. Just make sure to make your initial room booking for two people. The hotel is also connected to the Novotel Diera City Centre, so you could always take your new friend through that hotel reception area and walk through to the Ibis and narrowly miss walking past the Ibis reception desk. In addition you could also stay at the Novotel itself if you wanted something a little more upmarket (I say a little, as it's not a massive improvement). All good advice as I stay Ibis Deira a lot when in town as convenient to the mall and eateries etc. Must book for 2 but with ID all is fine. Novotel is same. Pullman you bring the girl via the mall but the cameras will spot you and you will be asked to come down and bring her ID.

But all are nice hotel and I have stayed at all many times.

But if paying for yourself then use the Ibis as clean, comfy and does the business. Never had any issue and likely will use this hotel when am back in the UAE early January.

I have tried out a bit of "fun" in Dubai a couple of times but average experiences. The Forum has been great, and has helped a lot with regards to clubs, and one hotel which I use. I would greatly appreciate info regarding new hotels, preferably in Deira area close to food and mall. Also any helpful info on clubs, ladies, anything that will make average experiences into amazing ones I will be happy to share what little info I do have (since now I can PM) and give reviews after my visit along with any further info I have.

I guess my mongering mission was pretty much over long before it even started. I had a very determined goal this evening, to check out the MILF places I've read about here, however my ex came to my place and made me engage in a premarital sex activities, which I guess I should've resented, albeit still enjoyed. I was there a couple of months ago. Premiere has good and bad days, seems to get more action after midnight. Moscow was full every time I went. Premiere its easier to find what you're looking for. Moscow very cramped, so you need to spend time and walk around quite a bit. Plus girls are always walking in and out!

That's surprising, maybe just that hotel? I've stayed in a couple of hotels in dubai (Hilton / Meridian) over weekends, and also in RAK and Fuj, have never had my ID kept at reception. They just get a copy. Even with my visiting GF they just get a copy of her passport, and with WGs of ID.

Snow, it happened with me only once in Karama hotel. I took two Filis from Ratsky few years ago and they kept my ID even after paying room tariff. But now a days it is unheard of because we have credit cards which Hotels can swipe and block some amount.
