What Legit are we talking about?

To put it blunt, these are houses which cannot be registered anyway. Most of them operate from residential buildings with loads of families staying around! Landlord knows it, watchman knows it! Almost everyone! Most of them have CCTV cameras fitted facing the lift, corridor leading to the flat, even in peephole of the flat for Surveillance!

Is it safe for us to enter and exit? Almost a Yes.

BTW, extras offered in registered MP's are neither Legit! Does it bother us when our Johnny is at the helm? A big no!

Not too good to be true.

200,250 and 300 HR are quite common for the incall apartments. Price is more a function of net savvy than quality.

A rare minority will accept half that for a quickie if you claim a competitor offers it! These places I usually capitalize by taking two girls, one after the other or having a threesome for round two.

Some owners with multiple joints ask me to avoid barsha / marina as they are internet only and don't focus on return business. YMMV. Many of these joints also operate on MR and have different pricing based on the customer source.

Ask for real pictures no photoshop, they will usually have some. Service improves when you repeat in a short interval.

My preferred action is typically AMPS, occasionally a trip to Sea View or Ratsky's. Something I do every month or two is visit one of the Vietnamese ran establishments ran out of Apartments typically in the Marina. I was thinking of doing a trip down to Ratsky's sometime soon. But I hate the fact that whenever the girls hear I live up Marina way it's a massive turn off for them (some have basically refused to go, but maybe that was just me hehe!) and prices go up. So I thought, why not just go the source! Why can't I just stay at my favourite places like Karama / Seaview? So I checked prices on a random weekend night, and both were about 210 dirhams. I think this becomes a no-brainer to stay there. Here's why:

1. No cover charge on entry (80-100 AED from memory) as you're a hotel guest.

2. No extra taxi charge (Ratsky's), girls typically want 100 from Marina.

3. No taxi / Uber home (or there potentially, catch the metro or drive! 70-80 AED.

4. Lower risk by not going to unknown destination (Their's) or bringing them to your's (I recently had a bad experience, my own stupid fault).

By adding these few items up, you're easily paying for the room plus it's obviously very convenient! I know the hotels aren't going to be great, but I'm not there for the best night's sleep!

So what's wrong with this plan? What's a factor that I've overlooked??

Have you confirmed that they will allow you to bring a girl from the club to the room? Most hotels with Brothels do not allow the girls to go to the guests room.

I stayed there when I first moved to Dubai and they wouldn't let me. Should certainly ask in advance or you might get a big surprise.

Karama is green, but you need to check in together and I believe she needs to have her original documents. Book the room but don't check in until you picked your guest. You will still pay cover for the club. Expect to be disappointed with the rooms. Last time went there with 2 friends and all 3 rooms had problems, A / see not working properly in 2 rooms and 3rd room had leak in the bathroom.
