Quick update:

Rockfafellas has moved to Regent Palace Hotel opposite Burjuman Hotel and is now called 'Regal Club'. The club has a live band, has 2 floors apparently and loads of WG's. To my great disappointment, they were all 4 to 5's and I didn't spot even one that I really fancied. Ratio of WG's to punters was probably 6 to 1 on a Sunday night. I don't think I will be going back there.

Spotted some really hot, slutty big tits Irani WGs while eating at Baran cafe opposite Moscow hotel. Amazing food and hot Irani girls, got to love Dubai LOL. Going out solo here is easier than any other city I have experienced. The ratio of men to women in the city is approximately 75% so wherever you go, whether its a mongering venue or not, will generally have other solo men. Noone will judge you, any reservations you have are internal only. In fact I found the opposite problem, some venues I go to just to watch a band or chill but the working girls would not leave me alone to enjoy. * As for area depends on what you want. Bur Dubai, Deira, Barsha, Marina. But taxis are cheap, stay anywhere. Explore and enjoy.

Yes 7 is indeed the number. But it corresponds as well to the shop number of one of the SPAs in the tower. So would be very surprised if there were two spas in the same tower, one in the ground floor, location 7 and another one on the 7th floor. Usually in office buildings the businesses located there are indicated on the GF so that would be easy to check anyways.
