I'd say they all ask payment up front, not only if it's your first time with her or not. What's the issue?

A little late update from me. Was in Dubai this winter.

The temperature was perfect and was in Dubai for a total of 16 days. Had time and traveled to Iran, Oman and Singapore. I spent the last 14 days in Dubai.

Visited Dubai after over a year. On the way to the airport I saw the devastation the storm caused with road closures & stuck cars! The driver was only able to partially take me to DXB terminal 2 & I had to walk at least a mile carrying my suitcase & back pack. Upon my arrival at DXB terminal 2, I saw passengers sleeping all over the pace & stranded arrivals due to no taxis working after the storm. Some of the passengers were stuck at DXB for over 48 hours! I was extremely fortunate that my 3rd booked flight wasn't cancelled & I was able to escape Dubai after this historic flood!

Apparently Dubai is really flooded right now: road closures, remote work, school closures, malls flooded, international flights diverted. Can anyone on the ground confirm how bad it is?

I've been to Dubai plenty of time and didn't know the flooding there could get this bad. Hope everyone there at the moment stays safe.
