How about Grand Hyatt? Any acceptable action there? I understand Panaroma is not great as a hotel.

Disclaimer: I left dxb several years ago; haven't been back since. Even when I was there, given I was a resident, no experience with hotels, though I did produce the "hotel list" for several years, culled from hotel thread reports.

If memory serves me correct, there are several "Grand Hyatt's": Corniche, Creek, airport... The Corniche one has Premiere, one of the higher class clubs, often reported on. Like the name, the girls also have premiere prices. I went a couple of times, but given the entrance fee, the poor layout (difficult to see), and the costs, I preferred other venues. YMMV.

Used to be, Grand Hyatt was considered red, as she needed her original passport, and there was a 100 dhs guest charge. These days... the map here:

(OK, just click on the link in that post) has it as green, but there is always some discussion about what green is (back in MY day, extra fee or original passport would make it amber at best, I called those red, green being reserved for NO hassles)... In searching the hotel thread, some have suggested calling the hotel and inquiring about any guest charges/requirements.

Panorama is an, to be kind, older hotel, one of those that no matter how many room refurbishments have taken place, will not be of 1st world class (such as Hyatt, Ramada, Sheraton). Again, all up to the user, but again, I wouldn't call Jockeys a premiere location.

Maybe things have changed, but it seemed that the hotels that had the P4P venues were not that guest friendly. Most punters hit the club of their choice, then a taxi back to their hotel; after all, it is door-to-door. Given that she'll have to register at the front desk anyway, not that big a deal. I wouldn't limit my choices by trying to combine the two; you miss out on too much.

Well, nobody WALKS in dxb, especially in the summer, but there are plenty of taxis in dxb. Everyone knows What's going on, but just plays ignorant, as long as you are discreet (as in you can both ride in the taxi's back seat, just no touching).

If you limit yourself to one-stop, you'll miss out on some good venues (you didn't say which brand You were looking for). Jockeys (Panorama) is just across the street from the Ramada, MUCH better than the Panorama itself. The bar in Regal is just 2 blocks down, as is York from the Ramada (but she'll still want to take a taxi). Le Meridian, on the Diera side, has Jules, which could be 1-stop. However, she'll probably still have to leave some form of I. D. (as in visa copy) at the front desk (hotels can get into trouble and fined if they don't register all guests). Days past, believe Hyatt would require ORIGINAL documents (search of the hotel thread might turn up some recent info). Just easier for all involved if you do register rather than try and sneak her into your room.

Thursday is logical Saturday, with everyone being off Friday. EVERYWHERE tends to be packed. You might want to pick up a FEW phone numbers Wednesday night, saying you're interested in meeting Thursday. Thursday will have the highest prices, and for LT, she'll want you to make it worthwhile. But it could save you from having to endure the CRUSH of Thursday night.

Another solution is to tell the girl that if she continues to cause YOU problems, you'll speak to the manager, not as a threat, but a statement of fact. If it comes to that, just say that this girl is bothering you and ruining the pleasant experience that the [fill in the blank club] is. Girls are interchangeable, PAYING customers are not; she NEEDS the venue, you don't.

Simply ask any Filipino, Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi man who lives in the Satwa area where the cheap 50 - 100 AED wh0res work at. I heard that for that amount you have about 10 -15 minutes to take care of business. They usually work in apartments and flats in the area. For the money, please don't expect quality though. Also, make sure you have time to spare as the lines may be long especially on paydays. Good luck!
