Waiting for the results of those tests is always a heart-attack time.

as i left the clinic feeling elated, i nearly got hit by a speeding bus. now that would be ironic.

Some recent posts have mentioned "losing" a girl due to not being fast enough on the approach. It has happened to me.

Remember, it's P4P, not the high school soc hop. Being cool and aloof at the latter might have been a good thing, but with the former, it can be a losing proposition. Granted, RUNNING over, tongue hanging out... might not get you the lowest price. But hanging back, waiting for HER... in the P4P world, that can lead to disappointment as some other punter steps in, makes the deal, and disappears out the door. (In that case, your best hope is the deal was for ST, and she'll be back later. Whether you want to wait for her POSSIBLE return is up to you. Or come back the following night, hoping she does the same. But no substitute for acting NOW.)

Better to think "holiday travel": it's a major holiday, you want to get home, there are limited seats available. Up to you if you want to hang back, see if the airline will market you to fly, or drop their fares at the last moment to fill the seat. Just remember, you might NOT get a seat as others are also interested in flying home. Otherwise, step up (no need to ELBOW your way through the crowd - well in MOST cases not), and check the seat price, availability, see if it's worth it to you to fly home on that airline.

And if you get turned down by the airline? So what! You wouldn't want to fly an airline that treats you rudely, no service.

I think a number of newbies are concerned about losing face by being turned down by a wg. She's a wg, right? But given it's a free market, just as you find some attractive, some not, so does she. Now, her CRITERIA for attractivess will be different than yours (e.g., wallet size, safety, wallet size, estimated on-the-job time, etc.), but she has the right to apply it anyway she wants. If you are not in her customer profile, then move on to someone else. I've certainly been given the "arctic" treatment. No problem, I just move on to warmer climes. You have to play to win; sitting in the bleachers just gets you a sore butt.

New Years in Dubai

First time in quite awhile I traveled to DXB with some wannabe mongers. They were asking my advice so naturally, I gave it to them.
As usual, not one of them listened.
We arrived on the 27th after a 14 hour flight (12 hours in the airport + 2 hours on the plane). All of the “normal” hotels were either booked or very expensive. We finally struck a deal at the Holiday Inn for $350 a night.
One room, one girl is their motto. Four of us were booked.
My first time in Dubai where all clubs were closed (for EID?). My friends started to panic. I called a Russian girl, who I had been with several times, and gave my list of preferred providers to my associates and described, as best I could remember, the gruesome details of each girl, prices, services, etc.
Like my advice, they opted not to listen to me. Rather they called a Filipino co-worker, who normally lives in DXB, for his opinion. He gives them a number of some “fun” girls.
About an hour later, my girl (lets call her Miss Pouty) shows up. Fifteen minutes later, their four Filipina girls arrive. Keeping in mind the policy I discussed previously, I was quickly blamed when the hotel wouldn’t let the fourth girl up. (for those who may be mathematically challenged, four Filipinas and one Russian = 5 girls / four rooms = 1.25 girls per room). Naturally, since I was to blame, I had to pay #4 Filipina to leave. Nice deal for her.
We head up to my friends suite for some drinking and antics. Miss Pouty presents me with a bag O gifts! One proper bottle of Russian Vodka, one Moskva keychain and one of the wooden Russian dolls, where one big doll has four progressively smaller dolls inside.
I am very touched by the gesture.
The next morning we collectively decide to blow this very expensive dump, which has no personality, charm or service. Normally I stay at the Marriott however this time we are slumming…. All the way to the Broadway on Rigga St (sp?). 500 dirhams a night, free breakfast, oh boy.
This place is great. No shit. I will never (hardly ever) stay at the Marriott again. This place has a bar with some great daytime action. We had some absolutely beautiful (and fun) Syrian girls and CIS during the dayshift. In the evenings CIS and Arabic are on order.
The staff will do anything you ask. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is you must escort the girls through the back stairs where you will be asked / strong armed to pay between 5 and 20 dirhams for a copy of their passport. No biggie.
Additionally they have an “authentic” Thai massage on the top floor fully equipped with Chinese girls.
My job is quite stressful so I decide to go for the massage. Either in your room or in their facility, up to you. At this point I am not quite sure what to make of the place. Is this a straight massage or happy finish massage? I am truly hoping for a strong massage, and told the mamasan this. In the true Thai spirit, she offered up a Filipino boy…
Off with the clothes and the massage begins. I can actually tell she had some sort of training and things were progressing nicely until little EU poked his nose/head into the situation.
Now the real negotiations begin.
So a couple of days pass with the usual rounds, drinking and trying to keep my so called friends out of trouble. Fucking Americans think they can do whatever they want! (that statement is actually politically correct since I am a fucking American too, albeit a tad older and wiser
New Years Eve. Miss Pouty calls and wants me to come to her place for a new years celebration. After many calls from the taxi, we finally find her flat in Sharja (sp?). A couple of her friends were there, a man and his very pregnant wife. They cooked and served an absolutely fabulous Russian dinner with too much vodka and champagne. We watched Russian tv and I understood every 5th word, almost.
Again I am deeply touched by the gesture. The line is fading…..
Next day we are returning from lunch and I ask the taxi driver where to get a massage. He pulls into an industrial park and tells me to go to the second floor.. hmmmm
Noticing my hesitation, compounded by my being totally lost (and drunk), he leads me to the second floor of a building where viola, a massage parlor. This masseuse (female Chinese) had the biggest tits I had ever seen. I expected them to hit the floor when the top came off but no… anti gravity tits. Good thing I have a decent insurance policy because these were dangerous. (sorry I lost the business card for the place) Nice service and I would / will return if I can find that damned card. (I’ll post if I do)

Recommendations:
1) Don’t stay at the Holiday Inn
2) DO stay at the Broadway and enjoy the services
3) Meet a pouty Russian Cyclone girl who buys gifts and cooks dinner.

Be back in three weeks staying at the Broadway on my way to Giottos via the USA.

Just heard from a mate who received the above from an MP in Bur Dubai. In the interests of public health and safety, names should be named: the girl's name was Anna, the MP was Lele, the method of transmission was throat massage.

Apparently he called the mamasan to notify her of the problem. She said, "so sorry, you come tonight, we have new lady...". Gasp. Shame, I have frequented this establishment on many occasions, always with excellent service.

May need to reconsider my MO, throat massage is almost becoming a standard service these days. Could be time to regress to the the good old days of a rub & a tug.

My experience? 3 words: Dubai - Hotel Information (hint: think thread)

Given the vast fluctuation in hotel prices based on demand/"what's in town", and I really don't keep up with that (does anyone?), best to use the available resources that ALREADY exist here, then look up GF hotels on internet or contact the hotels directly to get a price quote for your time period.
