Thanks much for your very helpful response. From my research Macau has the hottest Asian women while Dubai has hotter CIS and as you stated greater variety, but does that offset the higher cost. Need to do some thinking on that.

Germany is by far the best bet in terms of value for money and peace of mind. Morocco is up there with the best also, however, needs an experienced wing-man to fully utilize its potential. Ukraine pre-war used to be the hub of the most concentrated amount of beauties on the planet, however, needs language proficiency to fully utilize it. Brasil used to be the best but it changed alot to the worse in the past decade or two. However, it is still a top mongering destination. Phil / Thai are great, if you into Asians.
