Good summary you have there. I hit the Dubai scene pretty hard earlier in the year, about to do the same again as of this coming weekend. From my understanding you've summarized things relatively well. A few piece from my personal experience (not to replace the info from reports, it's just my random experiences, as you say, things change rapidly and it's likely to be circumstantial):
York I didn't like so much as I had a rough experience there the one time where a Ukrainian hottie gave me a really poor service. Quality wasn't great.
Premiere in Hyatt regency is, in my eyes, an upgrade to York. Far bigger, classier and full of a variety of nationalities. You'll be 100% certain to find something you like.
Rockafellas is where I plan to be this Friday night, not been yet but heard it's good. (I fancy oriental on Thursday night so will be in club 7, kris krin or something like that).
Red square (Moscow) is banging. Do it. The girls there IMO are super hot. Went there twice and had a blast both times. Met this Uzbek stunner first time and an Armenian princess the second time.
I'd also encourage you to try 1) Kubu (MILF from what I could see, tiny place though and 2) Broadway ( beauties from Europe / Turkey).
