If sub-continentals could get in for free, a number (hey, NOT all, but just check out the CROWDED laborer buses) would not spend money, leer, grope, and cause problems. Yes, it's a stereotype, but just check out the back parking lot of the Astoria around 3:30 in the afternoon, the leering gauntlet there. Now imagine that if it were INSIDE.
