Another interesting thing I found out that the financial year for most government entities ie RTA etc ends on March 31. Due to the economic crisis they are struggling to meet their budgeted targets. Therefore they are seeking an excuse to get some revenue through fines etc.
Be safe my fellow mongers.

1. Forget the beach idiots... Guess the arresting officer's report was enough. But I wouldn't be showing ANY disrespect to LE there... After all, the reports I read said he did say to knock it off; only when he returned and they were still at it, did the problems start...
2. The Emirates crew got popped as it became public due to the divorce action. They were also Indian... Dxb not exactly a PC place. And I'm sure her husband pushed the case... You know a male is going to carry more weight than a female...
3. Sexy kiss - key being a local woman. There's been any number of stories like this over the years - as I posted earlier, the guy kissing his "gf" goodbye at the airport in the taxi, and a cop taking offense...
It's just "not done". Just like dumping trash out of your car on the highway is/(well) was tolerated in UAE (after all, they had all the road cleanup crews out every morning), you wouldn't dare do that at home.
Number of years ago, Time Out Dubai did a story of what was tolerated in public: basically, no public affection. I've had a PRC hold onto my arm as we made our way through massed lookie-lou groups on the street, but other than that, they'll walk a couple of paces behind you. Close enough for you to come to their aid if they run into any street harassment, but far enough away for plausible denialability. Just common sense. Likewise, the reason she puts on a long coat when she walks outside, to cover up and keep up a "proper" appearance in public.
I never did anything, even in a taxi - never knew when that poor sod of a driver suddenly might reach the end of his rope...

This just attracts unwanted attention and many malls and other places have signs warning people to dress respectfully and avoid any public displays of affection. (Mall of the Emirates is a good example)
That being said, you still see women dressed sexily but you can dress sexy without looking like a street walker.
If she does not look like a 'hoochie', no one will mind.
My girlfriend likes to wear really tiny skirts, which is fine for going to a club, but not fine for doing the grocery shopping. Common sense.
Kissing romantically in public is not a good idea even if its your wife.
I think that if one exercises common sense and keeps in mind that we are in an Islamic country, you should not run into any trouble.
This is still a very tolerant place and as long as you are respectful of the people around you, you should not be hassled.
Behave yourself until you get behind closed doors and don't [CodeWord140] off your neighbors.
Things are pretty much the same as they always were in this regard.
The GREEN hotels are still green and I would imagine that until these places tighten up, there is no need for any real concern.
If all hotels start asking you to prove you and your lady friend are married, I would say its the end for the Dubai we all know.
There has been some cracking down on AMP's but these places are always risky if located in a residential area anyway. (And LE roundups have been happening sporadically for years)
In spite of its many flaws, Dubai is still a fun place if you are financially secure. The dark days are not quite upon us.
With Abu Dhabi more or less calling the shots now, I feared the worst, but I don't really notice any major changes yet.

I always thought about having threesome, but never got the chance, this Friday I found 1 number and called them, Chinese mamasan spoke from other side and called me to bur Dubai, reached there in the afternoon, old building with strange entrance, room was nice but bathroom was not much clean, settled for 200 AED for boss money for 3 hours and 100 AED each for two girls, here we go, all services were offered except A, the only problem was that girls were bit old and not more than 5, had 4 pop-ups and left the place happily after having my 1st 3some, in the end realized one to one is better than threesome!

Posts: 645Is Dubai enforcing its Islamic Credentials?
Its been a bad year for mongering for me. In fact nothing since a pre-christmas, ice-bound Germany trip as I suffer the woes of the World-Wide economic crisis. However, a possible return to Dubai is on the cards as I continually try to get busines up and running again.
Of course I read what goes on here avidly (but rarely post on Dubai as I have had no experience there since late 2006. Yes - its been that long!) I bet I will hardly recognise the place.
I do realise that the numbers of SPs has reduced, I realise the prices of entry have gone up, but I am sure I will always find something in Dubai.
What does concern me however is the number of stories about LE cracking down on ExPats behaviour. I wounder if Dubai, having less to occupy themselves now the downturn has kicked in, has started to get more concerned about morality, family values, and what the rest of the Muslim world thinks.
First there was the "sex on the beach" episode, where the prosecuting officer did not even bother to turn up at the trial and they got convicted anyway. In that case, it was probably the drunken attitude that got them in trouble. Then there was the Emirates crew, who recently got two months in the nick for sending saucy text messages (OK, not Dubai, but still...) then there is the British "Kiss Couple" where a local Woman made a complaint, then possibly "sexed up her dossier" when making a written complaint to the Police. Here is a good link if bored at Work...

So, my question is, are you guys having to tighten up at all? I do remember one girl linking arms in Public with me, and another holding hands. Would I dare to do that now or is it all just the press making a mountain out of a molehill over some idiots that didn't respect the culture?
Worrying times for a once fun city? Hopefully I wiill find out for myself soon.

Posts: 133Thursday night decided to book a hotel and settled on Metropolitan SZR for AED 510/- all inclusive for 2 people king size bed smoking room (deal from expedia.com). I thought about Dar Al Sondos but did not really want to visit Bur Dubai this weekend. Checked in at about 9.30 hasslefree with a fruit basket and complimentary water thrown in. Room was quite spacious and has a nice mirror in front of the bed which can be quite handy.
Decided to have dinner at the italian restaurant. Food was ok and the plus side was with an outside table could view the talent heading to rattlesnake.
Headed inside at around 11.30 and M:F ratio still favourable 40:60. Upstairs for some pool. Saw a few potentials for the night. Grabbed a few numbers for the next few nights. Some very wierd quotes AED 2.5K for the whole night and would leave in the morning.
One CIS pretending to be from Iran quotes AED 1,300 full night given my previous experience with all women claiming to be from Iran headed off as fast as possible.
Settled on N a bit petite but a fantastic body negotiated her opening offer down to 1K for a full night and menu (11B style) and time of departure of 10am. Off to hotel room at 1am no hassles took a copy of her id upstairs to the room. She has good conversation skills drives her own car around and I must say give a fabulous BBBJ. After a few rounds off to sleep at around 4.30 and she woke me up at 9.30 with a CIM special and she headed off to sleep again.

Another single digit poster, all questions. But maybe I understand why no FR's - he never found the AMP's. Boy, you senior guys are a hard lot to please.
http://www.internationalsexguide.inf...postcount=7894
And this one had me LOL
http://www.internationalsexguide.inf...postcount=7828
But I am a bit baffled, so someone with greater insight might be able to help - the member that Cons68 was answering stated that "I am moving to Dubai in a week." That was as of 1/6/10. But no FR's... Maybe he's found what he was looking for and has been so busy he hasn't had time to pass on any info.
Unfortunately, some things never change.

Not surprised you were all alone.
Fili bars in particular will tend to fill up later than others.
But alll this late night stuff can be tiring if you have work the next day.
What I used to do, (especially with mid-week mongering), was get home from work around 6. Take a nap. Wake up around 9ish, dinner, shower and then head out around 10:30 or 11:00.
This way you are rested and ready to go all night if necessary, catching a few hours sleep after the action.
Much better than hanging out for hours in a smokey bar wasting money on drinks (and getting wasted), only to take home something frisky at 2 AM when you are dog tired and groggy and all you want to do is sleep.
If you do this often enough, you tend to adjust to the whole nocturnal thing, but unless you get your rest, you will probably burn out soon.
Before learning to pace myself, I would be out every night, drinking too much and foolishly bringing girls home for drunken LT sessions that were fun but not worth the effort or expense. The next day I would be pretty much a Zombie and then repeat the whole cycle again.
When it got to the point that the girls in SeaView were getting worried about my health, I figured it was time to do things in a more sensible manner and actually had way better experiences from that point on.
Although I have'nt done any mongering for a long time now, the same applies with my insatiably horny GF.

I met Lulu, the Seaview BBC, and again is was a great experience in the lines i already described. I know some other people tried her but not post a report.
She complained again about the market, according to her the inflow of new girls has slowed down as word of Dubai's woes have spread. I can not confirm nor deny but this is what I would expect (at least from the Chinese suppliers).
She has a place so she can do incall.

JohnJohn bob, Thank you for your input. Makes sense. You guys make a good case for both. It is a few months away and I hit German FKKs before the DXB/SIN trip anyway. May be I get my "CIS" fix in Germany and go to SIN for Asian flair. I will keep you posted.
