Given that the Rattlesnake is an almost exclusively CIS place I think you were too early. Typically the best looking CIS will not be out much before midnight. Rockefellers is a dead loss before 11 /11:30 and even in the Cyclone in it’s heyday the CIS A list arrived very late.

All the hotels are cheaper now.
Most will not be fussy about girls since they are half empty anyway.
Look at the Hotels thread if you want to be sure of where to stay. Good info there.

You can get good stuff for even LOWER if you know where to look.
