Would appreciate help from experiences members of this forum "on the ground" please.

I have only two upcoming nights back in Dubai (business during the days).

Have previously enjoyed Jules (LE Meridian) and York International. Saw a few pages back in the forum it got a poor review but I have had great fun there. Also some years ago in Hyatt. Have had one recent visit to Moscow. Crowded and didn't love having to be around until early hours.

From RTFF sounds like Ratsky is worth a try but not Czar. I'm not a fan of having to be in the club until 2 am to make the catch. I much prefer to be in the thick of the action and making a selection by 11 pm taking a girl to the hotel for a session ending between 1 and 2 am. But much prefer selection from line up in clubs to the bait and switch of independents / agencies.

Question is for those who know the city well is this: given the above criteria, if you only had two nights which of Red Square, Ratsky, Jules, Czar, York international would you go to and why? Or if there is another I have not listed as I don't know it, but it sounds like it would fit the bill, please make that suggestion.

I would use a segmentation model for such a venture.

How much of that money do you wish to spend on high end reward, and how much do you wish to spend on ground bait?

I would go for a 80-20 model. Dedicate 2000 AED for a high end blow out, and the rest on volume- lots of researched AMP visits.

I would stay in TECOM for such a venture. It has the best variation in the city.

The rate I usually pay. Guess if we all didn't inflate it it's better.

1) Moscow Coochini: Max 700 short time and 1200 all night.

2) Moscow Red: Max 800-1000 short time and 1200-1500 all night.

3) Mint: Max 800 all night.

4) Regal Regent: Max 800 all night.

5) Mirchi: 500 short time and 800 all night.

6) Jewel: Max 1200 all night.

In general, no need to pay more than 1,200 all night.

After 1 am, there is a queue of local cabs outside the hotel. No issue in taking the girls anywhere you want. Pick a hotel in SZR and take the girl there. You can enjoy the pool or restaurants or do some sight seeing there in the day time.

I think it meets all your criteria. In addition, some points to share from my experience -.

I would suggest hotels over Airbnb for Dubai. I have chosen Airbnbs in SE Asia since they are more "open" than hotels, but there are a lot more green hotels in Dubai.

Managers and girls (from what I have learned) prefer hotels since they have no issue with ID verification. I think they feel safer in hotels than a private apartment.

If you book in advance and look for long stay offers online ( 3 nights), you can get a good deal. Also call the hotels directly and ask them for a best price. Telling them you are shopping around.

Food, as MS said, can be brutally cheap in the local places. I have had a 25 AED hotel restaurant coffee in the morning and a 2 AED chai latte from a local shop evening.

You're right, the cost of drinks etc. Would make nightclubs expensive and I would have to consider how high I value the possibility to see, choose and possibly finding a regular for a few meetings. I'd say that's between 50 and 100 euros, but only on one or two evenings.

And there started to be talks about negotiating the price down. And girls accepting 500, instead of their initial ask of 800 or even more. It started to get interesting.

I have never picked up girls in clubs. Not paid nor non-paid. But I have grown bored of the uncertainty of what you will get when the meeting is set up online. This is part of the reason I quitted seeing foreigners in their incall locations, and turned only to locals. Then I quitted meeting new girls, since I couldn't find anybody who would match my regulars. But, man has to have is fun. His adventures, his playtime. Otherwise one gradually dulls up. So it's time to look to the horizon and decide which direction to ride.

Dubai would be an excellent choice for you as it is very affordable taking into account your parameters in Euros.

Massage Republic is definitely the best place to find girls online. If you read through the MR page of ISG, you'll see that many girls, especially the Vietnamese girls (try Lisa or Bin), will provide an excellent one-hour session for 400 AED (dirham) which equates to around 107 Euros and even that number is negotiable.

The prices for AirBNB and hotels both vary from season to season. I arbitrarily input some late August dates on the Hilton website and noticed several of their properties charge less than 50 Euros (187 AED) per night, including the Hampton Al Barsha (definitely green) and the Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina, both properties I've stayed in recently, listed for under 40 Euros a night. I'm sure that AirBNB offers similar rates right now.

If you are willing to eat regular food, you'll find numerous places where you can eat for 10 to 15 Euros or less, including all of the malls and many roadside restaurants. For example, there's a great inexpensive roast chicken place a half-block in front of the Hampton Al-Barsha that always has lots of customers.

The nightclub scene may be too expensive for you but I encourage you to read ISG carefully to learn more about that scene. You stated that you'd go up to 200 Euros, which is approx. 750 AED, but remember that the nightclub scene includes the costs of entering and drinking at these places as well as the cost of the girl, plus taxi fare.

Uzbek, Syrians or other middle eastern Arab girls wear western cloths though they are Muslims. They look like normal girls in public. You can spend time with them without any risk.
