The latter statement is a bit vague. So there seem to be 2 options.

In my view, if they want tourists back in which they clearly do, they won't be putting up too many hurdles. Let's face it, they are desperate for tourist $$$ to start flowing back in.

On a side note, am I the only one that feels UAE's Covid numbers are fudged? I mean Qatar has twice the official number of declared cases compared to the UAE, which doesn't make sense considering they both have a majority of expatriate comprised population.

The Saudi lock-down was lifted, and the domestic flights are allowed.

They will also open the King Fahd causeway with the kingdom of Bahrain 27th this month, as for UAE nothing new yet and I doubt they'd be allowed to come here since they have over 200 k confirmed cases.

Don't think Saudis are allowed to leave their homes let along fly to the UAE. My friends in Saudi still confined to their homes and some whose visa are expiring can't leave as no domestic flights I am told.

Even with the border opening people need a range of things to prove COVID free but would you take the risk as the virus is still there? And some of the countries the UAE is open to are still messy but then nowhere near as messy as the USA (who have a done a tremendous job according to at least one person LOL) which fortunately is banned.

I did read the Saudi Bahrain causeway would open by end of this month, so that may indicate that restrictions on travel may be lifted soon. As far as punting goes, I haven't since the pandemic started. That being said, I'm itching to get to Dubai and do it again. Would I take the risk? Yes, considering the high rate of recovery etc. Covid is not going away until 2021 at the earliest. I think it's inevitable that most of us will catch the virus at some time in time and I'm not ready to give up punting for that long.

I returned to Dubai for just a couple of days and thinking of a change from my regular I called Moscow to check the status of the club. It is now open but as a restaurant, until 3 am.

I assume that the girls are there and business is as usual but one needs to sit at a table and order food, which is acceptable. What I did not ask, since I have no time now and I am not planning to go eat that stinking food. I remember it from my regular visits. Is if one need to pay for the table at the normal past price or if it is being used as a normal restaurant seating.

They will always ask where you live and where you're from and where you live and will quote a price accordingly, you can always knock off 50-100. Half the time, the girls won't be same as what you saw in pics or they're old, but as I said earlier, you'll find gems too. No harm, it's cheap and best value for money. This is apart from the cards you'll find, I just take sneaky photos of the ones on floor and go from there. If it's too good to be true, it's probably a scam, never enter a door without face being shown, I've walked away from doors many a times when I suspected it's black gangs. But I've also found some good and decent black girls..

Edit: One more thing, you're often negotiating with the boss on ws and girls get certain % cut (20-33% from what I've asked), so negotiate hard with the boss and just tip the girls directly, in some cases, that just doubles their income and when you return, they'll be more than enthusiastic to make you happy.

I'd not recommend incalls before you've tried it out, high chances of bait and switch and some nationalities are infamous for it. Those same nationalities can be found in brick and mortar, so just take the advise and go there for that itch.

Pick up joints: Think everyone knows what is where here. There are joints for ExUSSR, Pak, Iran etc. Prices are also more or less same 700-1. 5 k (2/3 shots). At 1. 5 k you can find supermodel material. These are for your all-nighter events / places. Very important when negotiating you specify CLEARLY what you are asking for. Time they leave / services / shots. I've had some very good and very bad experiences. If it's very good, I tend to repeat, once you're regular, you get the extras like BBBJs, unlimited shots, the good vibes etc. I've gotten freebies too. Again, be clean, be respectful, honor the deals, if they break the deal later etc, cut them off, there's no shortage. Smart ones know this. If you're a group of friends, be clear about shots, if rotation is possible, so if 2 girls, 2 guys, guys get to change and like 2 shots or w / e. Be clear about this in advance.

Hotels: Just go to usual booking sites, shortlist a few in your budget and call them. Ask it would be you and your female friends, different passports and if that's a problem? If your plan is different check in times, let them know. They'll understand instantly what you intend and let you know straightforward. Prices tbh are great ATM. Hotels with names of the most common element of desert is green, one with a numerical digit is more than green and one having a name of planet. I usually have my back pack with mixers and drinks, and tbh it's total waste of money buying from them and some of them would be green but may not have a bar.

The lock-downs have eased and its time to hit the road with all guns blazing. So here is my adventure I had with a Viet at tecom area at a hotel apartments. From 7th July many European destination will open. Flights from South Asia and some other countries are still months away except the repatriation flights. The AMPS are slowly opening though there is no official announcement. Bars have not opened yet but you can book table for dining and have drink. You are not allowed to sit on bar. As per my info Clubs will open in August. So there is not much action now if your intention is to fly to Dubai for mongering.
