I checked in the afternoon by myself and the front desk lady told me that I have to pay 270 for extra guest if I don't have her name during check in. I said it's fine. Checked in and went for sight seeing and returned to hotel around 6 pm. Went to the Hyatt club on first floor...never go with Iranian girls again. I have no idea about the Tivoli restaurant, however I did visit the other two venues you mentioned a couple of weeks back for the first time in the late afternoon.

TGI had a handful of Africans there. I can't say much about the quality as I did not stay long.

St George's pub at the Ambassador Hotel: This hotel was closed when I got there. A guy outside said it is closed for refurbishment until probably the end of the year, so best to avoid until early 2020.
