That's an excellent advice. I do the same to weed out the scamsters. If you download Botim, you can always offer them a video chat first before taking it seriously.

My friend it is Ramadan in Dubai. You need to study about what happens in Ramadan before you take your flight.

All entertainment in the bars and nightclubs is prohibited. Clubs will open but there will be soft music and no dancing allowed. There will be girls coming after 10-11 pm but most of them have left on holiday before Ramadan. But you will find enough selection and girl to spend the night at good prices.

You can smoke in the evening after they break the fast. Rooftop bars with shisha do brisk business and crowded till 2 am in the night. Only soft music and no bands playing. The band members have gone on holiday.

Now I am not aware what happens in new Dubai like Marina and some places like 360. I suppose they also must be following rules.

May4 - Saturday. Went to the York. Everything is shut or shutting down for Ramadan. Pretty empty but a few girls coming in. Went across the street to the Reagal. Same story. A few girls at Rockefeller at 11.15. Too early? Nothing worth reporting on.
