Depends on country of origin, withdrawing from cash machines maybe your best bet depending on your bank charges. Option two is to exchange the money at your country as you can shop around. Otherwise if brining foreign currency usd to aed will get you best rates. Exchange offices are all over shopping mall and their rates see usually similar (just keep an eye on Mastercard exchange rate using Google to avoid getting ripped off). Whatever you do, avoid using airport exchanges like travelex as their rates are really bad.

Bring currency and exchange it at the shopping malls. Travelex complete rip off, if you use an exchange at a mall which is touristy the rate will not be as keen as an exchange at a mall which is less tourist focused. I tend to use Festival City, Mirdiff or Diera CC.

Hey bud, welcome to DXB. Sorry I should have mentioned this earlier. 100% of the 2-3 red places are either bait & switch or super enhanced pics. You will never get a girl that looks exactly like the pic. This is what you have to expect in the 2 red rate. You will still come across girls who aren't the best looking but give great service for this price and that is totally up to your luck. Massage in these places is usually bad so I wouldn't recommend. Hope you have better luck at the other place.

This is probably not a true report. Wanted to share an experience I had yesterday where I could bail out with a small loss. Hit up a girl on badoo. She said colombian / bonaires. It was just colored drink with no whiskey in it (which is why she was drinking like crazy and was steady) . Decided to wind up. Payed up dues and walked out.

BTW, the girl was cute and she said no to coming with me since she wanted to take it slow since it was the first date (what a BS). She leads me outside and says that she is waiting for her brother to pick her up. I can't believe that I got ripped off when being alert.

Went to York where it was a different experience. The waiters were nice, and they asked me what to serve for ladies sitting with me. Integrity at York seems better than these one-off clubs! Obviously the waiter asked me for a drink (as she was helping me find girls to sit with me). I said, do you drink and she said she will take the money for the drink. I prefer honesty. FWIW.

Anyone word on Nargui Five and Marbaiya Lounge? Both are close to Club Blu and give pick up vibes. Not sure if anyone had any luck at these joints.

Outstanding run down of both clubs, thank you. Club Blu is not my thing (far too loud, too dark, too small, too many couples), but I will give Premier a shot.

I'll add that my visit to Sky 2. 0 (popular nightclub) was decent. Fun atmosphere, solid music, good drinks, etc. The WGs there are obvious because they'll usually be standing around aimlessly or a lone, especially as the night goes on and the non-WGs who came with groups start to leave.

Sometimes one gets tired of going to the usual meat markets and just needs to hunt in a different environment.
