So after my first post, and where I faithfully promised myself some action I headed out bright eyed and bushy tailed. (well, semi aroused and clean shaven, but I digress).

I've had fantastic experiences in Cin Cin in the past, but that was when I was staying in the hotel, which was so much easier. I've only had +8's there, and given my lean patch I really wanted some quality. Hot Arab, or hot CIS / EE. Not going to be picky.

The total I spent: Entrance Free thanks to my friend 500 AED for LT 60 AED for taxi fee and 100 AED for extra in total 660 AED.

Nope, not just muslims. If you check you will see that many of the links I posted involve non-muslim couples, both Western and Indians.

Regarding the SMS and phone calls, you can wipe from your phone but operators will keep a CDR (Call Detailed Record) stating who called whom, where they were, using which handset, for how long. These records are kept typically for one year at least. The best alternative for the phone now is to use a second handset (each of you) with a couple of sim card that you get from either the tea boy in your office or your PA. Switching SIM cards on the same phone has two issues, the CDRs store the IMEI (identification of the handset) and it is cumbersome (plus SMS would be stored on same handset) We do that kind of analysis routinely for operators. And people get lazy / complacent and forget to switch SIM cards. Of couse she may have an issue explaining why she has two phones.

So given how hard is going to be to keep some level of privacy using traditional phone, I think the safest approach would be using exclusively whatsapp or even better any of the apps that delete the messages after reading them (wiper, burn note or whatever they are called now) For the time being neither Etisalat nor du (AFAIK) are keeping track of this. Maybe you should give her a new smartphone (if she does not have one yet).

Hotels I have no clue, but given how cheap IT has become I would expect that records are shared with the police (there is even an ID scanner, not the standard PC scanner, so I assume everything is linked now) I would expect data to be stored for a long time too, given the relatively low volume of data involved. The UAE is a police state, you are given some space but it is not something you should consider a "right" in any way, I have seen people crushed because their local partner decided to get rid of them after setting up the business and had him arrested when going on the street and holding hands with his girlfriend. In this case if her husband suspects you will be in a world of pain. OTOH if he does not find out you can have a lot of fun. I banged a local woman who spent the whole Saturday morning, repeating "if my husband finds out he will kill me", "if my husband finds out he will kill you" after some visitor ringed my door bell.

This by the way is one of the reasons that you find such a gap between residents and visitors in this forum. Visitors come here for one or two days a year and do not care about the long-term implications of their actions. If you are living here you have to cope with them long after they are gone. Anyhow, it is up to you if the risk is worth or not, bu there is a substantial risk if her husband (or your wife, if you have) finds out. Or anyone you may have a grudge at work.

I had a scary thought, my regular is married and she had to show ID every time she comes over, it leaves a trail always. If her husband ever suspects can he find this out? TWO Emirates Airline cabin crew members in Dubai have been given three-month jail terms for exchanging sexy text messages.

The then-married flight attendant, 42, and her male supervisor, 47, were convicted of "coercion to commit sin", the National daily reported court documents as saying.

It said the pair - both Indian - were earlier sentenced to six months in prison to be followed by deportation, but an appeals court last week reduced the jail time and dropped the expulsion penalty.

The Court of Appeal heard that when their liaison was interrupted by one of the womens husbands, one woman ran to the roof and the other jumped out a window.

DUBAI // A British mother who faces up to three years in prison after admitting adultery is due to appear in court on June 2. The ruling said the husband should have presented evidence of her alleged affair. This could have been a Criminal Court ruling before the divorce that proved she was cheating.

Alternatively, he should have sought four witnesses to her adultery.

Failing this, he could have requested a Sharia oath, known as a Mulaana, in which the husband swears four times that he is telling the truth, adding: “May Allah’s curse be on me if I am lying.”

In Sharia, if a person accuses another of adultery and does not provide four witnesses, then they face 80 lashes. As verses from the Quran say: “And those who accuse honourable women but bring not four witnesses, scourge them with 80 stripes and never afterwards accept their testimony. They indeed are evil doers.”

However, in the case of a husband making accusations against his wife, if he is adamant he is telling the truth he could request Mulaana to avoid the lashes.

The verses continue to say: “As for those who accuse their wives but have no witnesses except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, swearing by Allah that he is of those who speak the truth; (6) And yet a fifth, invoking the curse of Allah on him if he is of those who lie.”

If the woman wants to avoid the punishment she could take the Mulaana oath herself.

Once the oaths have been sworn, the couple are divorced for ever.

But wait there is more, and it is even funnier:

“In normal divorce, a husband can return to his wife, but after Mulaana the couple can never return to each other,” said Emirati lawyer Habeeb Al Houssani.
Mr Al Houssani said in this case the women must undergo a medical examination to see if a sexual relationship occurred outside of marriage.
