I've dealt with that agency. Seems to be a sole operator. The girls are advertised on two sites. The only girl from the pictures posted that ever seems to be available is "Laura". She's enthusiastic, but a little rough and the photos are out of date by a few years. I've not had any issues, but advise to careful about maintaining arms length (untraceable) communications.

There's quite a demand among expats for high class girls for outcall to their hotel or apartments.

Surely there is a provider reading this out there somewhere who is prepared to pay for an ISG m / ship ($25) so that he / she can contact anyone asking by PM.

I appreciate that local providers don't want to publish names and addresses on the open board as such activity is not approved in UB, but the PM facility gets around that.

I am sure a provider will recoup his / her m / ship investment quite quickly as there is a demand. In fact, some members might even pay it for them.
