    Manila real estate is no longer in the "its real cheap" bracket. Robinsons built condos in Fort Bonifacio. 40 square metres (size of a hotel room in a decent hotel) , that went for over 5 mill. 250 units sold out within a day.

Next to Stock Exchange and Shangri La in Fort Bonifacio. A 1 bedroom. 80 square metre condo there was P18 mill. 2 bedroom at 125 sq metres 30 mill pesos. 3 bedroom 45 mill pesos. All sold out, they gave a 5 % discount for full cash payment in advance. Will open in 2017. The markets on the move.

    Agreed Slippery. Very expensive, and the location is not as attractive as the advert sounds.

    It is right on EDSA (noisy and dirty with diesel fumes) and you will need a taxi to get anywhere. It's a bit of a stretch to say that it is near the Shaw MRT station. It is quite a way to walk along EDSA (hot and dirty and unhealthy) to get to an MRT station to catch a train that is always crowded anyway except between 11am and 2 pm.

    By the way, the construction has just started with only one of the major pillars about 2 meters high so you are buying off the plan and hoping that it will be built. I guess that is an OK risk being it is Ayalaland and they have plenty of capital to back them up.
